So friendly and amazing service! No waiting, no deposits were made didn't even have to call and schedule an appointment I walked in got settled and we began the first process of what I wanted and what I wanted was a solar system on the collarbone, The prices are a little over my reach but being i was new coming in, Jeff took me and gave me a bit of discount for my first tattoo with them and he did such an amazing job, took his time, and was very patient with me, I'm very pleased definitely gonna come back

This place was very nice but they did not help. My family and I went there Friday,Saturday, and Sunday to get my cartilage pierced and the piercer was never there. However Sunday he was finally there....
This place was very nice but they did not help. My family and I went there Friday,Saturday, and Sunday to get my cartilage pierced and the piercer was never there. However Sunday he was finally there.We were very close to Mr.Tattoo so we called to double check and the piercer guy got on the phone.He said to my mom that his shift was about over and he wanted to get home because he was working and he is tired so he said that he wouldn't wait for us to get there.They are not really reliable if you ask me.

I highly recommend this shop, all artist do phenomenal work and are all down to earth. I had a tattoo that I was looking to get covered. I spoke briefly with the owner over some ideas I was thinking. Well, my man exceeded my expectations and image of what I was thinking in my head. It's such a clean tat , you wouldn't even know it's a cover up :) check them out for sure !

Appointment made. $50.00 deposit given with promise of revised design e mailed to me. Never received. Day of appointment we were notified last minute appointment time was changed. Messaged owner who stated " deposit id non refundable"!! When you break your own policy snd change appointment it should be!! And the comment "tattoos are forever" like no big deal appointment was changed. yes we know that but they are not forever if they are not put on your body as promised! And the comment we are not getting into your schedule. My time is as important as yours!! Disrespect, inconsiderate, rude, demeaning, poor customer service!!!

Steve Hanna is an extremely talented artist. Steve did my first tattoo, on my ribs, (yes, my FIRST tattoo on my ribs) and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not only did Steve give me a beautiful tattoo that I am extremely happy with, but he is also a personable and accommodating artist. Steve made sure that I was happy with the placement, size and overall look of the tattoo. Steve was also knowledgable enough to tell me that the original size that I wanted for my tattoo would not suffice because it would look blown out over time, but he made it to an appropriate size and it looks wonderful. He was straight up, honest and was not interested in just making a quick buck. His main concern was that I was happy in the end. Steve made my first experience a memorable one and I intend to go back to Steve Hanna for the rest of my tattoos in the future.

Steve Hanna is an extremely talented artist. Steve did my first tattoo, on my ribs, (yes, my FIRST tattoo on my ribs) and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not only did Steve give me a beautiful tattoo that I am extremely happy with, but he is also a personable and accommodating artist.
