Okay, so I came here for a Friday the 13th tattoo. Signed in at four and waited until 12 am to be told they are done tattooing. I understand that tattooing for 11 hours is tiring even if you have others to switch off with, but this was extremely poorly planned. First of all, you guys let people sign in until 7 or 8. If you know a realistic number then only let people sign in to a reasonable cut off instead of having them to wait for absolutely nothing. I went in at 9 and asked if realistically I would be seen, they said they have no idea possibly because people drop out. OK, so I ask if I could come back in about an hour and see from there, they said fine. I wait until 11 this time, I come in and they said they don't know, then I ask since it's 11 could you guys send out texts asking the people left if they are confirming or canceling since they send it out anyway when you are close. The lady had such an attitude and I just tried to let it go, but she said that's too difficult to do. (I find out later at 12 while I am sitting outside that she actually had to manually send the text that no one else would be seen via her iPad so it couldn't of been that difficult). Again they said I don't know if you'll be seen possibly. I live an hour and a half from here and I just wish they would of been more considerate of their customers. Another woman went in asking if they'd at least take the people waiting outside (there were no more than 20), they said probably not. However people were allowed to get more than one tattoo and there were hundreds who didn't even get one??? It just wasn't right very upset at the attitude, only the one employee. Next time cut it off when it's unreasonable, send texts out when it's 11 for confirm/cancel so you can get more clients than waiting for nobody, only one tattoo until a full loop, and give the people who waited outside for hours a chance.

Don't start a Friday the 13 and not know how many people you can do in the amount of time that you are open. There are people who have waited 7 hours for you to tell them no. And you have wasted people's time which is the most precious thing in peoples lives. Plan better next time. Won't be back.

Super chill people. Very friendly. They helped me pick a font I liked close to the one I had shown them. The artist was very proficient and explained the aftercare. Pricing was fair for the work that was done. Definitely going to go back for more. Darker picture was taken an hour after the tattoo was done. Lighter picture was today, 3.5 days later. Super happy with it!! 💚💚💚

Ive really enjoyed my experience here! I've had 3 tattoos done by them and to start off they are very clean! The artists there are so sweet and they will tell you the truth about the work you want to get done! They will work with you and tell you what's best for the piece your getting! I would recommend this place to anyone! I had Shannon and she is a gem!! I'm definitely going back! 👌

The shop was clean and the staff were great and it was a friendly environment. How ever the quality of my tattoo was not worth what I paid for it. I got a tattoo on my foot that began to fade and you could not see all of the writing with in a few months of getting it done. When I called to see about getting a touch up I was told I would be charged to fix it due to the fact that it was in my foot and they do tend to fade. I have never heard of anything like this in my life!!! if tattoos disappear then Ill get more I have since gone somewhere else and had no issues.

Shannon is amazing. I had notes my parents wrote me tattooed on my wrists by another shop. The artist messed both of them up (wayward hyphen on my mom's and she dotted my dad's i). Shannon was very honest about what was possible and would cover them. First, she added a flesh tone over the i; then, once we added a moon and stars from a story they used to read me, she covered it with another star. She is so creative and honest about what the end product will be. She encouraged ...me to try the moon without an outline (saying we could always add it later) and I couldn't be more in love. I have had several more from her since then and she always is prepared with the sketch, has a flexible schedule and communicates clearly via texts. She is also incredibly kind and patient and just wants her clients to be happy. She will place the tattoo stencil fifty times to ensure it is perfect. I recommend her to everyone I know and get endless compliments on the three tattoos she has done. See More

I went to got ink for my first tattoo over 5 years ago. I had a sort of an idea of what I wanted but of course wanted it to be unique. Tiffany sat with me a few different times to go threw different ideas and concepts until she came up a piece of art that I fell in love with. If I decided I wanted something changed say a color or a detail it wasn't a problem, she encouraged me to tell her exactly what I wanted and if I was happy w the art before we started the process. The ta...ttoo colors and detail came out amazing to this day I get compliments on it. I tell people to go there constantly because everyone that works there cares about detail and wanting to make the customers happy, it is the artist work being put on the people's bodies and that says a lot. I've return to Got Ink many times over the years for more work because they really are the best for up to date ideas and most of all your treating like part of the Got Ink crew. See More

Need signs that say cash only. I forgot My wallet at home ( not their fault) so I drove all the way home to get it and returned. At that point the lady tells me they don't accept any kind of cards. Could have save us all some time and effort by having the proper signs posted. If your not going to have sign you need to tell all customers in advance. This is why small mom and pop places don't make it.

The owner Vicki and her staff are not only wonderful artists but they are some of the nicest people around who will make you feel right at home. The shop is clean and professional and they've been there for at least a decade that I can remember. I've gotten several pieces done there and I guarantee I'll be back. I know a ton of people who've had work done here and never heard a complaint.

I've gotten two out of my three tattoos done here and they both turned out great. One was done by Vicki and the other by Norma - both immensely talented artists. The place is clean, comfortable and decorated with a cool western vibe. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some ink.

Okay, so I came here for a Friday the 13th tattoo. Signed in at four and waited until 12 am to be told they are done tattooing. The artists there are so sweet and they will tell you the truth about the work you want to get done! They will work with you and tell you what's best for the piece your getting! The owner Vicki and her staff are not only wonderful artists but they are some of the nicest people around who will make you feel right at home. The shop is clean and professional and they've been there for at least a decade that I can remember. I've gotten several pieces done there and I guarantee I'll be back. I know a ton of people who've had work done here and never heard a complaint.

100% the best tattoo shop around. All the artists there know what they are doing! I've been going to got ink for 2 years now. Such a friendly staff. I have never had a issue. Truly amazing artwork has came out of the shop. Everyone is so talented! I recommend them highly! I will NEVER go anywhere else to get inked!

I've gotten two out of my three tattoos done here and they both turned out great. One was done by Vicki and the other by Norma - both immensely talented artists. The place is clean, comfortable and decorated with a cool western vibe. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some ink.
