They didn’t use the correct rings for the piercings. I went with my friend and she got her nipples done“Fritz” used horse shoes for her nipple piercings. Immediately after we were done she called her boyfriend (Who used to be a piercer) so he immediately told us to go to back to the shop and have it switched out. Got my nose pierced today by Rob Ryan (according the receipt). Very quick and surprisingly less painful than I thought it'd be. He was very informative on the aftercare and answered any questions I had. My only complaint (with both piercings I've had done there) is that I haven't been able to pick my starter jewelry. They seem to just have default starters. But I go on half off day, so for $15 it's not a big deal. Especially because they'll switch out jewelry for free even if you bring it from somewhere else. Girlfriend got her triple helix done yesterday, 2 of the 3 balls weren't screwed on properly and had fallen off and had to be screwed back on before the end of the day. Definetly wasn't pleasant for my girlfriend as it was a fresh cartilage pericing... On top of that, her piercer said that she would heal in 3 weeks. It being cartilage, and three close piercings...I highly doubt if it heals in 3 weeks. All in all WOULD NOT recommend the woman who works there whatsoever. Read Less

3 days later I was in the emergency room for my tongue piercing. The apprentice, without a mentor watching or present, took a needle that had not been pre packaged from what I saw, and did not wash her hands before putting on gloves. The piercing went by fine, no blood. She told me for 72 hours no smoking, no alcohol and not to change it till 2 weeks later. She said to use NON ALCOHOLIC mouth wash. She did not mention not being able to use a straw. ... My tongue was purple the next day and bruised. I woke up the next few days from pain in my jaw so excruciating I couldn't go to sleep without a double dose of extra strength ibuprofen. I DO NOT recommend this place. Got my tattoo done by Fritz. It's awesome, can't stop looking at all the detail he put in it. Was going to get this tattoo in Las Vegas but they wanted $1000 for it and I can't afford that much. They have great piercing prices on Thursdays (customer appreciation day)!! I got my nipples pierced for $30! They have tons of piercings for only $15 and $30 on thursdays! The guys were super friendly and helpful over the phone as well as when I went in! The guy who pierced me was professional, clean, and friendly. He pierced them very straight! They look great!! Got my ears pierced. Only option for starter earrings were 16 gague ball end plugs. Piercer (Jason) did an ok job but failed to get the ball properly screwed on one of the plugs so it fell off and got lost later that night. Also, they have to be the only piercer I've ever seen that says you can change earrings after only 3 weeks. Not trusting that, going to keep mine in for 6 like everyone else recommends. All in all not a bad experience but definitely could have been better. If it wasn't for wanting a needle piercing, I would have probably gone to Claire's or Pogoda or something. Read Less

I had a daith piercing done to help me with chronic migraines. Jason had felt that they didn't work but Fritz did the piercing for me as I requested and was great considering I was extremely nervous. The piercing has healed quickly and didn't hurt hardly at all. I plan on getting my other side done as it has helped my pain level on the side of my head that it was done on! This place is disgusting. I went in to get a quote and I was appalled. First of all, the regular door was broken and you had to go into a side door and that led into a stairway that smelled like dogs. Then, once you get into the shop, it looks like it can only hold like three people because it's so tiny. They seemed very uptight and rude. Read Less
