Ive never been to a tattoo shop where the artist is so arrogant. Chello was my artist. I looked through is book of work and from what I saw it was no reason to be so conceited. it was average at best. and wasnt very professional to have his girlfriend there. I mean does he have something to prove to the world? your running a business, plus sorry to say she wasnt anything id be seen with. I heard the shop was ok but the atmosphere seems like it totally went down hill. Where did all the cool experienced pro tattooers go that were there?? Thats where you should go. because all i got here was an attitude, and both artists had their girlfriends there?? very unprofessional . it was just ok very unprofessional atmosphere seemed small and like the artists were not very talented or experienced. I had a simple tattoo so didnt matter that much. the guy that did my work didnt pay much attention to me, seemed more concerned with talking with his girlfriend that was there . my tattoo was good, but it was simple one. it doesnt look like they make very much money so make sure you tip them. I visited to get a quote. first thing that greeted me when I walked in was a stripper pole? started looking around for someone and then saw a room , uh i decided to leave, a guy and girl come out from the back and the guy asks me do you have appt? how arrogant is that? so i ask the girl are you an artist and she says no just a friend! .wouldnt even give me a quote he was too busy? left , went to a different shop who welcomed me and i love my tattoo from them!! this place deserves zero stars. when you have no customers in the shop id think twice about being arrogant. I Have to say this is my 10th time coming here in the past 6 years and every time I’m more and more satisfied and eager to get another tattoo, the work that my tattoo artist does and his professionalism is impeccable!!! We had a very great time yesterday! Made us feel comfortable and right at home. It was my daughters first tattoo and she was scared and the artist made her feel comfortable which was important to me since my last tattoo I had a very bad experience. Last minute tatty came up and the place we were going to stop at gave us a "I don't want your money attitude" so we decided to try something else and the closet shop was Sacred. Spoke with Cello over the phone and stopped in shortly after - he was up front, honest, and patient with us while we decided what to do. Our tattoos turned out really good!! Cello saved my Tinkerbell Tattoo that I got a few years ago! When it was originally done the color faded badly as it healed! It looked 25 years old it was so faded! Cello to the Rescue! He had to go over & redo the entire Tinkerbell, fix the flower & finish it of with some little sparkly stars around her, or as Cello called them "Girly stuff"! Thank You Cello! Read Less

The place was very nice inside. The only person there was very sweet, and pretty laid-back which was great. Although I have never been so unhappy with the work I recieved. I have noticed(as well as many others) that it does not look finished and very slopy. She didnt take her time with it and I have already asked my previous artist for a touch up when it fully heals so I can have a finished decent tattoo. Read Less

I got my third tattoo here, a set of eyes on my bicep, Marcello did an amazing job! Kind of laid back and easy going atmosphere. VERY REASONABLY priced. Tip well as I am sure these guys are under paid. The waiting room could use a TV and cable, however its no big issue. The bar  next door makes a great waiting room if your artist is running late. So I went into this shop just looking for them to make my previous tattoo look decent, and he did 10x better than what I expected!! I was able to come in 20 mins after I called in, and the staff was so friendly! and to top it all off he gave me a great deal. I can't say enough just how happy I am with the results. My sister and I got our first tattoos here. The first time we went in we were double booked and ended up getting rescheduled because they were working on someone else. When we went back to get it, they covered it in plastic wrap (which I now know is a big mistake)! After the tattoos healed we both noticed that our skin was raised in some places and that there was spots in our coloring. We will not go here again. Read Less

If you have HOURS to devote to a outline of a tattoo, then it is worth it. If you set up an appointment at 7PM you will be waiting, literally to 9 or 9:30. They work slow, talk with each other, and if they have to draw part of it they draw, and re draw, and then do it again. It takes forever. However I am very happy with the one tattoo I did get there. It didn't fade and turned out very nice. Just make sure you have the ENTIRE day/night free if you go there. Read Less

I am very pleased with the correction of an older tattoo and the ghost flames that were put around it . You can't even tell that it was corrected . the flames also enhance the tattoo . i'm definately going back for more .
