If I could give zero stars, I would for poor customer service. My tattoo faded in less than 3 days and when I asked for a refund, due to poor quality, I was offered a free retouch instead because the artist refused to admit he was in the wrong. Also, they accept cash only and don't give change. The other tattoo artists there were kind, however mine was not. I'm never going there again.

Had an awesome experience at this shop! Got a sweet tattoo from Bobby Lewis. They even got me in quickly on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in. Thanks to everyone for the great experience!

I kept contacting for 2nd session after a free cover up tattoo was done by owner that he offered to do for free since a former employee did bad tattoo on arm and when i continued to contact for 2nd se...
I kept contacting for 2nd session after a free cover up tattoo was done by owner that he offered to do for free since a former employee did bad tattoo on arm and when i continued to contact for 2nd session my msgs went ignored. I contacted 831 directly. Last contact was Nov.5th 2017 and i gave up.

First and foremost... Hell yeah I get to be the first reviewer of this bad-ass shop!Now my opinion as a yelp reviewer:831 is an 'up&coming' shop in an 'up&coming' area and a true West Allis gem. Simply put, 831 is legit. I've been tattooed by both Jesse and Chubbs and they are both ridiculously talented. Not only do they run killer specials, they are the best priced shop on a regular day. I've recommended a lot of people their way and have not heard a single complaint. I've been tattooed at a lot of different shops before I started coming to 831, but now I won't go anywhere else. Not to mention they have the best counter guy in the city in Mr. Jack Daniels.Good luck and tell the gang at 831 that Mario sent you!

If I could give zero stars, I would for poor customer service. My tattoo faded in less than 3 days and when I asked for a refund, due to poor quality, I was offered a free retouch instead because the artist refused to admit he was in the wrong.
