Rachelle is by far my favorite artist, she made sure to take her time and really add a lot of detail to my sleeve and incorporating another tattoo I had on my forearm. I got my tattoo done by Rachelle, she was very gentle handed & made me feel right at home. She knew I was nervous & did a great job talking me through it, she even started out in spots she knew would be less painful for me as I build up tolerance to the tattoo which was very much appreciated & a great idea on her part! I will definitely be going to her for future tattoo's! Skully did my finances tattoo, I thought the design wouldn't look too good but Skully really did a beautiful job of bringing it to life & making it pop & both my fiancé & I are pleased! I came in on a saturday to a very busy shop with only one artist named Mallory working. I could tell she was very busy with multiple clients and she still not only took time to sit down to listen to my idea but she also stayed late just to do the tattoo for me. I have been to multiple shops where you just feel like walking money but i can tell she genuinely cares about clients and doing the best job possible. I will only go here to get my future work done. Mallory did an amazing job on my piece and worked with my schedule. The atmosphere she creates when she is working is a lot of fun and makes time go by fast. My friend and I just stopped by to get some information about this place and got ZERO service. We totally understand that people get busy, but for no one to even say hello to us while we stood there for 10 minutes was incredibly poor customer service. Finally I decided I would just quickly ask a question since no one had spoken to us. The gal at the desk - who had not even LOOKED at us - immediately deferred to Skully and we were then told "Hold on I'm busy". All of this was unacceptable, so we took our business elsewhere.
