2 years ago I got my first tattoo done by Nancy, was very nervous and she made she I was comfortable and that I was okay. 5 tattoos later and Nancy is the only one who i will let do my ink. This place is absolutely horrible. The older blonde lady is so extremely rude. I wanted to walk out the door the second she spoke. Ended up not even being able to draw up a decent tattoo so I walked. Also, there are fruit flies everywhere. It's a gross place.Read Less

The owner is EXTREMELY rude. I went with my friend while he got his tattoo, and the guy was extremely rude and talked down to us. He acted like he was the best tattoo artist there is...and the tattoo wasn't even that good. It was splotchy and uneven. I'm definitely not going here for any of my tattoos. Read Less

If I could give this place no stars I would, the owner I believe his name is john is the one who did my tattoo, he was somewhat polite for a big biker dude but what ever. I asked for a very simple out line of a cross on the middle of my chest its no more than 4 inches long and 2 inches wide just an outline very simple. when I  got home that's when I noticed how fucked up it really was the lines were extremely crooked and the whole thing was very uneven. so I went back the next day to talk to him about it and I've never been more disrespected in my life after I said it looked crooked to me and many other ppl I live with, he stood up and said " I don't do crooked lines you little mother fucker" those were his exact words. I then asked him politely to please fix what I thought looked messed up he then got out of his seat and into my face to intimidate me and again started swearing and yelling at me calling me a little mother fucker and many many other names I couldn't believe this was happening. this was my fourth tattoo so I have some experience but that was the worst customer service and tattoo job I've ever seen "professionally" done. I went to this place for my first tattoo. Saturdays are walk-in only days, so a friend and i walked in and wrote our names down, and after about a half hour an artist gave us an estimated time. She said we could go and waste the time in downtown waukesha instead of sitting in the shop all day, which was great. It IS first come first serve on saturdays, so get there early. Otherwise, it was a great environment with very friendly artists who are very talented. I love my tattoo (done by Jay.) In addition, they're also very affordable and easy to work with.
