Tiffany is beyond amazing. She makes you feel welcomed and that she actually cares. She repierced my double forward helix after it had been infected from going to a previous shop and told me all the steps i needed to go through in order for it to be properly healed. She even told me to come back in a week later to make sure everything was going ok and that it was healing well. Tiffany and Tom are the best in this industry. The customer service the proffessianlism is impeccable. I had a piercing issue, totally my fault, and Tiffany had no problem helping me out. Tom has always made me feel comfortable with any questions and in general. I would never recommend another shop over this one here.
