I took my daughter here for her little gauges she wanted. They were so sweet, calming, and very skilled. They were gentle and communicative with my teen and they healed perfectly.  In addition my dad then went for body piercings, and even though they had a hiccup with a needle getting stuck, she stayed calm, worked it out and it all went great after that. Went today to get my belly button pierced. A kiosk in regency recommended them. Don did the piercing for me. He was very nice and explained everything in a way I understood. Even said they could order a belly button ring that i want but they didn’t have. Came in to receive a nose piercing honestly the most enjoyable piercing experience, amazing friendly staff, being from England they welcomed me with open arms, my friend experienced low blood sugar after her piercing and they were so professional! I recently went in for my triples and cartilage and I can honestly say I will never return! Both my triples hurt so bad that I couldn't even touch my ears and I cleaned all of the piercings at least 5 times daily for the 2 days that I had them in! Needless to say I took my triples out and my ears still hurt to the touch! My cartilage hasn't caused problems yet, but not very confident due to the fact of how poorly the triples turned out! I stopped in because my normal piercing studio was closed and I was honestly anxious since it was in the mall. But honestly, it was one of the greatest piercing experiences I have had! I had my lip, daith, horizontal tongue and recently got my nipples pierced by Body 360 :) They did an amazing job on them all and they look GREAT!! I have had 3 differnt people do my piercings there. Every time it was horriable. My belly button was way to deep snd crooked, my eyebrow was to deep, and now my septum was done to low. The guy was talking about how dull the needles were,tried to put it threw and it was a dull one he didnt even check it! My nose is messed up. I'll never go here again! Read Less

Today i got my spider bites done. Alex greeted me and helped me make sure i wanted these certain piercings done. He did a great job and made me laugh a lot. I have a high tolerance of pain but he still made sure i was comfortable and happy the whole time. He seemed very confident in his skills. His own piercings looked great and made me even more confident in his skills (he apparently did them himself). I very much look forward to coming back and will be asking for Alex again. Between my fiancée and I, we've gotten three piercings here. All have become infected after being extremely well taken care of. We have multiple piercings and know how to take care of piercings (none of our other piercings have ever been infected). After calling to ask for more advice, we were spoken to very rudely. I would never recommend Body 360. I looked at the prices and wondered why they were cheaper than most places; now I know why; it's seemingly an unsanitary place. Read Less

Garbage, claims they have authentic RDAs and mods but 90% of them are clones. Who wants to go get juice from a place that has blood being shed on a daily basis? Juice selection is crap and none of them know what they are talking about. If you want a piercing I recommend avoiding a mall shop, I wouldn't get work done in Racine period tattoos or piercings. I usually don't like to come out of my comfort zone especially when I really do enjoy my normal place at Midwest Vapery, but decided to give body360 a try just to delve into something different. Short story, I definitely will not be coming back to this place again. Longer story, I walk in and the two I encounter are both on phones and don't even acknowledge me, I don't need any words but just some eye contact, head nod, hell throw in a smile, would go a long way to make customers feel at ease. I browse around looking at different products for what felt like the longest 15 minutes of my life and finally I just had to ask for assistance. I kid you not, for every question, I was given one word answers. You have any experience with this mod? No. Ever try this juice? Yeah.... care to elaborate? lol is what I wanted to say but this kid didn't seem like he enjoyed his job very much so I just left it alone for the sake of getting a poor answer. Wanted to about a new piercing for myself that I was interested in but kind of seemed pointless after that. As far as products, hands down Midwest has better quality, well worth it for me to stick with a place that actually cares about the customer and about the job they seem to enjoy. I came in about two weeks ago to receive a pair of piercings. Upon leaving I realized that one was crocked so I contacted the store owner and received a quick response telling to come in and they'd check it out for me. The best option at that time was to remove the piercing and come back a week later when it was healed and they would redo it. Going back a week later I received a complimentary solution spray to clear my piercings, a set of rings, and 15% off on my next purchase for the hassle. Very professional and easy to work with. The initial piercer sincerely apologized for the mistake once I walked in and it was all good from there!
