I had an appointment to have me and my daughter’s tattoos touched up as well as a memorial tattoo for recently passed father. This appointment was on the Saturday before Father’s Day and the beginning of a weekend with my daughter for father’s day. When we arrived our artist hadn’t show up yet. We were finally told by the owner after about 15 minutes that she was running late (duh) and she would be at least another 15 minutes. Both my daughter and I thought that this was very disrespectful as they had my number and could have easily called us. We ended up telling the owner that we were not happy and wouldn’t wait. The owner said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it! Obviously she could have tried to reschedule, offered us a discount on a future service or done the tattoos herself! She was just sitting and talking with someone as we sat in the dark and messy reception area.
We ended up in Hastings at A Plus Tattoo. Trapper (our tattoo artist) did a great job on our tattoos and was friendly and fun. Stay away from Geister Ink and go across the river to A Plus!

I’ve gotten three tattoos done by 2 different artists and all have turned out amazing they were better than I imagined. I’ve also gotten 2 piercings from them which I love, unfortunately I rejected one of them so I no longer have it. I’ve been to other shops for piercings but none feel as comfortable as geisters does.

Anytime I go to Geister Ink for questions on tattoos or getting help with my piercings they are always there to help. Highly recommend going there for a tat or a piercing!!!

My wife and I originally had an appointment that our artist couldn't make, and it led to frustration. Kelly immediately offered to work on our tattoos two days later, and she did amazing work with both of our ideas. She was fun to work with, made us both very comfortable, and our tattoos look incredible!! We will definitely be coming back!

Not happy. Was recommended to go here and was told they're fantastic. I first messaged them via Facebook with a picture of what I wanted asking for a ballpark fee and time it would take. No response. I went in person to the shop and spoke with the receptionist and was told "oh yeah I saw it" and was told someone would call me..never got a call. Obviously they don't need business. I'll happily give my money to another shop. Lack of communication very poor. I'm unimpressed with lack of customer service.

One of the cleanest shops I have seen, I went in and found the artist I wanted to do my piece. He squeezed me in the following week and we got it done in 4 hours. The employees were friendly, professional and I will go back for more tattoos at Geister Ink! I highly recommend Micah, he did a great job! Leaving it up to me on what I wanted but when I said I wanted his opinion he jumped right in, he also talked me into leaving some shading undone that I wanted because he knew that I wanted to do more forearm work and he said to finish the small piece of shading when I get my next piece so the two pieces mesh into one and they don't look like a hodgepodge of work on my arm! A+++ to Micah and Geister Ink!

I would recommend this shop to everyone. I have been working with Micah and told him my concept of what I wanted and then I just let him roll with it. Let me tell you I'm only 2 short sessions in and my tattoo is nothing short of amazing. Love this place and everyone there is super friendly. If you have an idea of a tattoo you need to go here and let the artist be the artist you'll be blown away. Can't wait for my next session.

I had an appointment to have me and my daughter’s tattoos touched up as well as a memorial tattoo for recently passed father. This appointment was on the Saturday before Father’s Day and the beginning of a weekend with my daughter for father’s day. When we arrived our artist hadn’t show up yet. We were finally told by the owner after about 15 minutes that she was running late (duh) and she would be at least another 15 minutes. Both my daughter and I thought that this was very disrespectful as they had my number and could have easily called us. We ended up telling the owner that we were not happy and wouldn’t wait. Kelly immediately offered to work on our tattoos two days later, and she did amazing work with both of our ideas. One of the cleanest shops I have seen, I went in and found the artist I wanted to do my piece. He squeezed me in the following week and we got it done in 4 hours. The employees were friendly, professional and I will go back for more tattoos at Geister Ink! I highly recommend Micah, he did a great job! Leaving it up to me on what I wanted but when I said I wanted his opinion he jumped right in, he also talked me into leaving some shading undone that I wanted because he knew that I wanted to do more forearm work and he said to finish the small piece of shading when I get my next piece so the two pieces mesh into one and they don't look like a hodgepodge of work on my arm! A+++ to Micah and Geister Ink!

I would recommend this shop to everyone. I have been working with Micah and told him my concept of what I wanted and then I just let him roll with it. Let me tell you I'm only 2 short sessions in and my tattoo is nothing short of amazing. Love this place and everyone there is super friendly. If you have an idea of a tattoo you need to go here and let the artist be the artist you'll be blown away. Can't wait for my next session.
