WOW......what happened to customer service? What was supposed to be a fun girl tattoo day was met with derogatory comments, almost like we were putting them out. I have been to this shop multiple times, and it’s the best I’ve ever been to. I am bad with piercings typically, but Al made me feel so comfortable and made the process a breeze. My tattoo artist, TJ, is very creative with his work. For each of my tattoos, I told him what I wanted, and the tattoos came out better than what I had even invisioned. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely nice. The woman at the counter of the merchandise counter was their to great us instantly. I went to get my nose pierced and left extremely satisfied. The lady who pierced it was the most genuine person I have ever met. She was super nice and told me everything I needed to know. Not once did she seem angry, she was happy. The place is also super nice and clean. They have decent prices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My mother and I came in last April to get piercings together (nose and daith). We made appointments ahead of time and got in very quickly. Although people without appointments had a long wait because there were so many people there to get piercings. They were very professional telling us exactly what to expect and made us feel very comfortable! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. My 9 year old decided that she wanted to get her ears pierced this summer. I had heard good things about Good Girls Piercing, so I called and they had time for her that morning. I could not have been more pleased with our kind, gentle, thoughtful piercer (I think her name is Jenna). She explained every step, showed her how the clamp would feel on her finger before putting it on her ear, explained all of her tools and equipment. She even let her pick out her favorite song to be playing while she was pierced. She made it a fun and not at all scary experience. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you! Read Less

I have three tattoos from them and my nose piercing and they've been great! They are reasonable priced and great quality. They're all very nice and make sure you're happy with where the design or piercing will be. I would recommend it to anybody. BUT I do not recommend going to the girl tattoo artist. I wanted words on the side of my ribs and I've seen wording done smaller than a dime but she said I needed a single letter to be the size of a quarter.... It would have wrapped around my whole chest. One the guys there was able to do it the size I wanted and it looks amazing. She did that with another of my shoulder tattoo which is pretty simple (she said I needed it so big that it would've covered half my back) and again one of the guys was able to do it the size I wanted and looks amazing. She either doesn't know what she's doing or is trying to jack up the price. So I love this place just not the female tattoo artist. Read Less

The particular piercing apprentice that talked to me was a bit on the rude side, she seemed annoyed to be there, but that could have been nerves on her part.Alexandria did my piercings and she was wonderful. First off Kris is amazing! New balance was doing their class outside. My 8 year old daughter loved to watch. They invited her over to work out with them. This made my heart smile! I went in yesterday to get my mom her mother's day tattoo and to get my 5th tattoo done. As we were talking to Al (the fun and amazing piercer) the phone rang with a cancelation and we both got tattooed right then! It was amazing! Paul does amazing work. He has a great personality and made us feel welcome. I had a horrible experience with a shop that will remain nameless and was to busy to change my Monroe piercing as promised. Al took me in, changed my piercing all with a great big smile and made me feel blessed that there are still some great people in this industry. Many of my piercings are from here and I have always had an excellent experience. The piercers are all knowledgeable and friendly and overall WONDERFUL. I recently got a tattoo done by Laura and I am blown away be her work - she drew it up perfectly and the lines are crisp and flawless. This is hands down the BEST tattoo I have. Got my belly button pierced and it was great. The lady was very nice and told me how to clean it. A friend for his nose done and they let him come back for free to get a bigger bar since his nose swelled up a little. Another friend got her cartilage done and it went very well. Two more got good tattoos that were cheap quick and turned out very nice. Good for simple tats. Great for piercings.Read Less

I started my piercing/tattoo experience at Steve's and when Kris opened Good Girl, I stayed with her and who went with her. I appreciate how comfortable you feel, how at home, and just how everyone treats the customers. (They actually explain the process to you!) I hadn't gotten anything done in about 8 years, but went back today so I could fill in my tattoo (grandpa/grandma tattoo, grandpas death date one side, was awaiting grandma's date at the time). I knew from when I had gotten it first done there would be a min of $50...perfect they were open about it upfront. This is the only place I will go for my piercings. I only have one tattoo and it is from a place in St Paul, so I can't personally speak about their tattoo work, but the work I have seen on others looks great! But I do have a few piercings from here. They know what they are doing and do it with care. You can definitely tell they care about their work and their customers. The staff is friendly and are super cool to just talk to. I got a tattoo from here tonight and have to say the service was superb! I have bad nerves and the artist said it was the worst he has seen, that being said my tattoo turned out nearly flawless(and it wasn't a very easy tattoo considering my condition).
