Rosie Wells has more than 25 years performing permanent cosmetic procedures. She does all cosmetic procedures including the following: Hair stroke eyebrows, eyeliner, microblading, lip color, scar camouflage, hair loss simulation fill ins, areola pigmentation, removal and corrections of undesirable results from others. She has extensive training nation wide and has taught the art to others. Now working at The Clinic of Cosmetic Surgery in Milwaukee under the direction of Dr. Roger Mixter and Dr. Mark Blake. I LOVE my eye liner and brow tattoo that Rosie did for me. I was referred to Rosie by friends. I did plenty of research on my own about techniques and learned having good communication with your artist is very important. Rosie made great recommendations that made a huge difference. The tattoo strokes really lifted and improved the overall look of my brows which overtime will benefit me as I continue to age. I love my liner on my eyes which are soft and a natural look for me. I am so happy I do not have to buy liner and add brow pencil and powder to my brows anymore. I am so grateful for Rosie's experience and knowledge. Rosie is very sweet and patient. I wanted the best artist doing this for me and I found this with Rosie. Thank you Rosie. :

I first went to Rosie in 2004 for my brows. Due to over plucking in my youth I had no real hair left. I could never draw my own on and felt very self conscience. Rosie does amazing work, each hair is individually placed. They look very real. Having brows has made me much more confident. I go every few years for a retouch due to fading. I would recommend her to anyone. She make you feel very comfortable and the process is almost painless. I wish I could rate her higher then a 5!

I recently had a wonderful experience with Rosie Wells getting my eyebrows done. I had very thin, fine and uneven brows that were difficult and time-consuming to fill in all the time. Rosie took the time to work with me to give very even, natural brows with an arch that I love. It didn't hurt and they look great! Plus, they really make a difference in how I look! Rosie herself is down to earth and very friendly. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her staff was also warm and welcoming as well. Although expensive for a girl on a budget, it was worth every penny! I highly recommend Rosie and the procedure!

I got my eyeliner tattooed on in December of 2012. Today I had my yearly eye doctor to check my vision. First time with this optometrist and he said that he has seen 100,000 patients with permanent eye make up and mine is "by far, hands down, the best he has ever seen". Thanks Rosie! Almost 5 years, no touch ups, and still spectacular!

I have been going to Rosie for years. She is knowledgeable and a true artist. She listens and gives you what you want, not what she thinks is appropriate. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to other people only to have it removed and redone. I have referred many people to her who are pleased as well. Rosie has my highest recommendation for her craft.

I would say, don't shop by price. Shop by reviews and qualifications and years in the business. She is the very best and I am so happy I don't have to draw my brows any more!!! It is liberating!!!!
