Just got my first tattoo done by Cory. LOVE IT. Very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Will definitely be back when I decide to get another. Highly recommend!

Capitol City was awesome! We were there for three hours for the drawing of the tattoo, fitting and the tattooing. The process was easy, price was fair (more than fair, honestly, for the complete cuff on the lower arm), the ONLY reason I didn't give a full five stars is that I think I had some tattoo blowout on the rings...maybe from heavy-handedness on thin skin :( ). Other than that, they were great, and I'd recommend them to anyone in Madison :)

Great tattoo shop, I've been coming here since 2014. Everyone is professional, the shop is always kept clean. Cory has always my artist, his work is great. Just all the artists there are good.

My friend wanted to get a fast tattoo(walk-in) we called EVERYWHERE most places were either closed or by appointment only- mind this was in a Sunday- she called and they were happy to do a quick tattoo on her. The Artist was amazing, he was friendly and great to make conversations with. I would legit come back here.

My fiancée & I wanted to get a tattoo on whim last night, We called and they got us in right away. When we first walked in we were greeted by Brian with the most respect we've ever received walking into a tattoo shop. Our artist Cory, Was one of the most down to earth people we've ever talked to. The atmosphere in Capitol City Tattoo is like no other. I actually felt like we were valued as customers, I would highly recommend Capitol City Tattoo to anybody who wants a tattoo. WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE!! Thank you guys for the amazing experience.

Favorite local shop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, their atmosphere is perfect. I've gotten two large multiple sitting pieces from Ree, and they're both incredibly gorgeous. I get so many compliments on her work. Strongly recommend checking out all of these badass artists! If you want a truly stunning tattoo, they'll make it happen.

This is the ONLY place I would go or recommend to anyone for a tattoo! All the artists are VERY talented, and professional! The shop itself if clean as are the stations they work from. I have seen tattoos that are over 10 yrs old (as well as my own) that still look GREAT! If you going to get a tattoo go here!

Capitol City was awesome! We were there for three hours for the drawing of the tattoo, fitting and the tattooing.
