Let me first say, that the man I had the encounter with was very nice. I am only leaving a review to to help others. I went in to get my nose piercing changed. I’ve had it changed before without any issues and it is healed. Basically, in the process, he had a hard time putting the new piercing in. It hurt really bad, there were tears and blood. I asked him the gauge of the piercing and he told me it was a 16G. It looked big but he said that’s the basic piercing you pierce it with. I ended up leaving and going to my usual piercer and had him change it out. No problem. He told me that nose piercing are 20 G and 18 G. Upon further research, it was even more evident that nose piercings are pierced with 20-18 G. It hurt so bad because he was trying to force a wrong gauge into my nose. I do realize that if I had known my gauge to begin with, maybe I could have told him. So I am partially to blame. However, I do feel as a piercer, you should know what gauge the piercing should be on the body part. Read Less

I have been having horrible headaches in my neck, back of my head and into the temple 1-3 days a week (every week!) for the longest time. I tried chiro, massage and I finally decided to get my daith pierced. It's been AMAZING. It has been 3 weeks and I have not had 1 headache! Adam was AWESOME - he makes sure you're not too nervous, walks you through everything, makes sure you don't have ANY questions and then makes sure you understand everything for the aftercare. My friend and I just got our cartilage done here the other day by Adam. I was very nervous about it all but he did a great job at calming me down and making me feel comfortable. When my friend got hers done she looked like she was going to faint and he noticed right away and sat her down and gave us both some candy to make us feel better. I went in the other day to get a daith piercing done. I'm kind of a chicken when it comes to pain and Adam was awesome! He explained all of the different tools he was using and set my mind at ease. And it wasn't painful at all...got myself worked up for nothing lol.
