Best place ever! Called the shop to ask about a problem with my daughter's ear piercing that was done at a different location. I was told "sure bring her in and we'll take a look". Very professional, got her in immediately, gave me great advice on how to handle her piercing even though they didn't do it originally, great advice for any future piercings, and did the consult at no charge! My family and I just moved to Hudson from out of state last week- my daughter lost her earing back this morning and was freaking out that her hole was going to close and she would need it re- pierced. I went into ink factory to ask to buy an earring back- they didn't really have anything for her but they figured it out and found something to work for me at no charge! I went in to have my belly button and ear pierced. I did not have an appointment and I got in immediately. Andy was very through and smooth for each piercing. Gave me a lot of aftercare instructions and said I could come back with any questions or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone! Heads up though - cash only :-) Read Less

I was just in there today for a piercing- it was incredibly fast and virtually painless. Andy was super friendly, and although I was taken by surprise that they are cash only, the price was fantastic- much cheaper than anywhere else I have been but definitely not for lack of quality. He didn't listen to what I said at all and now I have a major cover up on my hands. I'm not going to mention his name, because it's hard for me to complain, but a tattoo is permenant and having an artist that's not to stubborn or proud to listen to the customer is the number one quality a tattoo artist should possess. Therefore, beware of what you're getting yourself into. All the staff treated me like an outsider with arrogant attitudes I felt because I wasn't just like them. On top of all this, the prices are not great. Follow your instinct, unlike I and if you get a bad feeling about the place-turn around, and don't look back....Very disappointed :( Read Less

I have had tattoos done by both Brian and Miss Kitty at Ink Factory.They are both amazing artists that specialize in custom pieces, although, there is still flash available on the walls.I would highly suggest making an appointment with any tattoo artist, but especially here, as the shop and space are rather small. There is usually only 2 artists on at a time to avoid crazy congestion. Read Less

Great work! 2/4/13 We were walk-ins (no appointment) right when they opened for the day, and the piercer wasn't there yet. We waited maybe 20 minutes. When he got there he was really nice and apologized for the wait. He pierced my brother's tongue and did my industrial. He gave us a decent discount for having to wait. I could tell he had years of experience and was easy to talk to. He gave us great tips on aftercare and my piercing healed wonderfully and looks great. I'm thinking of going back for a nose piercing. These guys are amazing! I drive over 2 hours and pass a lot of other shops in order to get tattooed here. The knowledge and experience in this shop is unsurpassed in the Twin Cities area. Not to mention this shop is a great environment to get tattooed in! Plus their piercer has years of experience and really knows his stuff! Jay is a true Artist that will design a tattoo for you or work with you on a design or he has a wall of stock and his own creations you can choose from and they also do piercing for those that don't already have enough holes in their body Read Less
