I have hundreds of hours of tattoo work. I've gone to the best around *the owner of Rockstar, Joe at the other zoes* etc. I used to believe in getting good work done by different good artists. That is until spencer started tattooing me. I will only get tattooed by spencer now! He is the best there is period. He can do anything you want and he does it well. I walked into Zoe's a couple of years ago, looking for a shop I was comfortable in. I had been in a couple places but just didn't get the vibe. Here at Spencer's place I was comfortable immedeately. So I've been to a few different tattoo shops in Wisconsin and out of state and I must say I have not experienced one as welcoming, light hearted and professional as Zoe's Vicious Circle. These guys keep the shop extremely clean, have updated artwork, and are always doing their best to entertain and make you feel comfortable while you're visiting their shop. The artists are very talented and creative whether they are working with artwork you bring in or a custom design. I always recommend Zoe's to anyone interested in tattoo work and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
