My best friend and I went to sonic tattoo after having a terrible experience somewhere else, they were able to get us in super quick and made the whole experience of getting our first tattoos 10000x better! We emailed them our ideas and showed up two days later. Our artist Chris had the perfect piece already drawn up for us when we walked in the door for our appointment and made entire process quite comfortable. I've gotten my last 3 tattoos from Sonic Tattoo done by Steve. Lost the majority of my hearing in both ears and he's kind enough to stop and ask how I'm doing during my tattoo sessions. He has done amazing work. So much so that I refuse to go anyplace else. Next (few) times, will be finishing up my sleeve on my right arm. Clean, professional and respectful shop and employees. Took my down payment, it was my understanding that I'd be viewing the tattoo before hand-turned out not to be the case. I thought I had my dates off due to not being contacted regarding the design (I was told if he drew it out day before that would give him time to tweak it). When I called & left a message the man who answered was absolutely the rudest individual I've had the displeasure of speaking with-and though he was not the 1 who had booked my appointment he said he knew for a FACT that I wasn't told what I knew I was told. I told him I was getting irritated, and he hung up on me. I guess it's a blessing in disguise. I'd rather save myself $200 getting a tattoo then run into an issue AFTER I'd gotten it & be treated like garbage. I don't recommend this place based on how they treat people, how they hang up on customers for no good reason, and for apparently being psychic as to what other artists tell their clients. I'm sure this will be deleted from their Facebook page, but luckily there are plenty of other places to post honest reviews. Read Less
