I got my nipples pierced here 5/18 and by 5/22 I took them out. They were pierced FAR too deep and were done incorrectly. I reached out and she simply said "how did they get that far back" as if that's not how she pierced them days prior. She also was sucking on candy while piercing me. Overall disappointing.. I wish I would have know about Karen when I first got my daith pierced! I got both pierced somewhere else and it didn't really help as I have suffered with migraines for as long as I can remember!Went for a different piercing and found out my daith is not in the right spot! Karen at BeJeweled was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and made my experience getting my daith pierced well worth it. I have suffered from migraines since I was 12 years old. Usually getting a very bad migraine every three weeks and at least once a month. I went in on Tuesday and got my daith pierced and had a migraine. I can't thank Karen enough for fixing what the color box botched. I should have learned the first time I had to undergo my lip being cut open to remove my ring. But the second time they really did a number on the most basic nostril piercing. Luckily, I picked up the phone and Karen was so willing to help me out. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Went there three times and was not impressed. First I let her pierce my ear and all she did was complain about her previous employer. Then she told me to come back in 2 weeks to change my jewelry. I come back 2 weeks later at 12:45 and get told that she is running errands. They open at noon. The receptionist texted her what I needed and she claimed it needed 8 weeks. The receptionist states she is normally always there when the store opens. So I leave. About a month later I come back with my husband for an earring. We come at 1pm and u guessed it the owner/piercer is NOT there. How do u own a business and not show up at the hours u made. The receptionist finds him an earring. When we couldn't put it in our self she texted Karen. This time NO response. We go to colour box and they let us know the gauge we were sold was the not the gauge she told us it was. WOW. NEVER AGAIN. Now my friend tells me after I referred her before all of this that Karen pierced her rook with a earring not used to pierce.
