The place is clean and Willow seems to know what he's doing...but customer service has something to be desired. If you are a college student with limited funds...you're golden. If you're a little older, with plenty of money to pay for what you want...not so much. Quality product is one thing...quality service is everything. My daughter and I were pierced by Nick yesterday. He was incredible! You just won't find a more professional studio. Willow and Nick are knowledgeable and take the time to explain and educate. Their love of their profession adds to the experience even more. There are so many tattoo and piercing studios alike that have rude artists that kill the enjoyment. Hardly a one. Very rude; asked him to put glass retainers in 6 of my piercings; took out all 6 and refused to put 3 back in. Then my daith wouldn't stop bleeding; he said because it had been pierced poorly. Went to another piercer that day; he replaced the 16 with a 14 without letting me know. Had to wait over an hour for one person ahead of me also. Never going back. Read Less

Was charged $10 for a simple ball replacement, which I could not get anywhere else besides a piercing parlor. The entire atmosphere seems pretentious. Either you pay a lot, or you pay a lot. There is no cheaper options available because the owner has made the highest quality jewelry compulsory in the entire Eau Claire county. Will not be going back. Read Less

Took my almost 8 year old daughter in today to get her ears pierced. She has a hard time getting shots at the doctor but Willow did an awesome job of keeping her calm and getting her through the process! Beautiful jewlery, a great guy, and an awesome and clean shop! My only dislike is that i didnt find him sooner! Even after my two anchors rejected (nothing he could have done to stop from happening) he was amazing enough to re-sterilize and replace for me!
