First of all, the owner is a fantastic artist. His portfolio is amazing. But he's terribly unreliable. He's either late to the appointment if he's not already there, or behind, so your appointment isn't on time. He is always on his own schedule, and doesn't respect the customer's time. So if you are willing to wait until he's "ready", then you might not have an issue. The shop charges by the hour, not by the tattoo size or detail. The quote is always much less than the actual cost. This benefits them, because again, there is little urgency from the artist. The owner also will stop in the middle of the tattoo if he receives a text message, and text a reply back. He will stop and keep texting back and forth while you sit in the chair. Again, the customer's time is not respected. You have to sit and wait while he plays on his phone, all the while, not changing gloves or washing his hands after using his phone. Obviously, this behavior benefits the artist, since the customer is charged hourly.Overall, reliability is a concern, and "customer comes first" climate is not present. I have heard the owner say "You are asking for MY services, not me needing yours". This is completely backward, because without the customer, there would be no income to keep the business open.Mike Roth, the owner, needs a reality check. The customer's time and needs aren't respected. There is a serious imbalance at the tattoo studio.I know several individuals that stopped going there because of the lack of reliability and professionalism. Go there at your own risk. Read Less
