She was very scattered and rude. I showed up and couldn't get ahold of her. I spoke with her on the phone and said I wanted the hair strokes on my eyebrows, she then told me when I got there that I would look better with colored in eyebrows (I'm assuming because it took less time and my appointment was at the end of the day) she drew them on and I said I didn't like it, instead of redrawing it she assured me that it wouldn't actually look like that (I should've left right there!) It was painful but not that bad, once she was done I almost burst into tears when I looked in the mirror. She had to scratch part of it off because they went too far down on the bridge of my nose (I looked like angry birds) I left miserable my fiance, who never says anything to upset me, was a little put off by it telling me I shouldn't have done this. I never went back for my 2nd appointment I spent all weak scratching my brows off (still there) they now look awful and go way above my natural brow line. biggest waste of $550. You live and you learn I guess. I hope this helps someone to not be impulsive like me and go for it. Just go get your eyebrows done it'll save you some pain. Read Less

Simply the best! Lynn and Kristin are very professional and do a great job. They are also very fair on their prices. Highly recommend them! Previously went for a consult to a different place. Not only had a very LONG un-necessary art work session complete with a very high price tag attached, but then was told I had to make a return visit for the actual eyebrow procedure which was expected to be another LONG visit. I went to meet with Lynn after my mom had soft powder brows done and loved them. My brows were very sparse and I wanted more definition so I chose 3D featherstroke brows. Lynn is an artist. She knows the right style, size, shape and color to fit your bone structure. My brows look natural and it feels great to have them! Highly recommend! Wow! My eyebrows look great after having Lynn Duncan's soft palate/3D eyebrow tattooing done. Lynn and Kristin are very professional and accommodating to your wants and needs as a client. They ensure time to discuss the process, how you want your brows, and any other details you want to discuss. I was thoroughly impressed with how comfortable they made me feel! I was able to use a mirror to see the progress throughout my session and they used a numbing gel so it didn't even hurt. It is a completely sterile technique. The results are phenomenal and my confidence grown from this simple process. No more penciling in my eyebrows, it's like a dream come true! Just recently had 3D eyebrows done by Kristin. I had eyebrow hairs but they were very light and with my dark hair I just didn't look "finished" without filling in my eyebrows. I had been filling/drawing them on for probably 15 years and now thanks to Kristin's talent I don't have to do a thing with them other than pluck a few stray hairs here and there. I wake up and they're there, can shower and they're there, I can scratch an itch and not worry about rubbing one off! No touch ups needed mid day. It's great. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! Lynn had also done eyeliner on me maybe 10 years ago and I absolutely love it. It's since faded (as all tattoos do) and I need to have it redone. I plan on going back later this year to have it retouched. Lynn and Kristin are both fantastic and I won't hesitate to go back them whenever needed for touch ups. I have been planning on writing this review for months. I got my eyebrows done back in October 2015 and even today....they are still quite perfect. I love showering and waking up in the morning and looking in the mirror and knowing I don't have to draw these things on or be self-conscious about them not being there. I did my research and found Lynn as well, I spent countless hours searching for someone who seemed reputable and trusted by many and Lynn did not disappoint. She is amazing at what she does, has many years of experience, and no one I tell has any clue that they are tattooed'. I was even scared after the first appointment, going back the second time for a touch up, that they would be too dark, as I have lighter hair and made this a point to tell her to keep them on the light side. She made the color perfect and styled them exactly how I envisioned. I can't tell you on here how great she is, and professional, and sweet a person. You really need to find out for yourself and get them done if you're on the fence. I am happy everyday with the decision to see her, and I would not recommend anyone else, as I have heard nightmares and problems. She truly is the best in the mid-west and her price is just right!!
