I had a very good experience when I got my tattoo the staff was really nice and the one lady that gave me my tattoo gave me her phone number so I can text her and ask for her on my next visit. I just might do that I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done

I went in March 2018 to get a daith piercing because I had been experiencing migraines for a while. Cassandra pierced it for me, I got home and my head was throbbing, had my mom check my piercing out ...
I went in March 2018 to get a daith piercing because I had been experiencing migraines for a while. Cassandra pierced it for me, I got home and my head was throbbing, had my mom check my piercing out to make sure everything was all good and pierced properly, it wasn't, the bar was way too long, it was pierced much too close to the edge and we were worried it would get ripped out so I ended up taking it out. My mom contacted them on Facebook and they offered to refund us but we didn't want to go back. Save your money and do not go here for piercings, i don't know if they do better at tattoos but I will never be going back.Attached is a picture of mine and a picture of one that was pierced properly

I went with my mom today to get my tongue pierced today and had a super good experience! The atmosphere was chill and they were super clean, they have good prices, and they were also playing good music. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to go there again!

From what I'm reading, it looks like they do great work, but my experience just now had me walking out the door before even talking to anyone. My daughter wanted to get new ear piercings, so we came in just before one today after having called previously for quotes on prices (very reasonable prices, BTW). As soon as we walked in, I was hit with A REALLY strong smell of fresh cannabis. I don't have anything at all against cannabis. I'm a medicinal patient myself. If you're doing piercings and tattoos, though, that's unsanitary and inappropriate. My thirteen year old now reeks of weed, thank you.

I always go here. I have 10 tattoos and every single one has been done here and I'm always happy with the work. The work is fantastic, the customer service is phenomenal and I know I'm always in for a good laugh while I'm there. I recommend them to literally everyone. Very clean always.

Got a tattoo & it was not symmetrical at all - even though the drawing I came in with was. Did not look anything like the drawing even though he used the exact outline for my tattoo. The guy was super unaccomodating when I asked him to try and make it more symmetrical and even added his own details to the design without asking me first. Would not go here again.

3rd time here. Maria did a tattoo on my right arm and she had me laughing the whole time and the tattoo came out AMAZING. Went in 2/20/18 and Lex did a dragon tattoo on my left arm and had me come back today 2/21/18 to add a back ground to it. I have to say he turned a plain dragon into something spectacular thank you guys so much!!!! Can’t wait to go back and get another tattoo from you guys!!!

This was my first time at House of Lexx. They were having a Friday the 13th flash event and this little lipstick just needed to be on my body forever. Anyway, Cassandra did my tattoo. She's really friendly and great at what she does. I appreciated her taking the extra time to make sure the placement was perfect. I may have cheated on my normal shop but I'll definitely be back.

We stopped in to get g gift certificates, the place was very open and inviting, clean and professional. The gentleman we talked to was very friendly and helpful. We did not have any work done. Definitely worth checking out. Will update after we see the finished product of the gift certificates.

I went to get a daith piercing the owner asked one of his employees if she wanted to do the piercing. It took her 5 minutes to decide because she didn't really want to do it. Then when she said she would she didn't do put the piercing far enough back that I had to take the piercing out before it ripped out of my ear. You could see the ring through my ear perfectly. I am not impressed with the person who did my piercing so I will not be going back.
