Will give another review when all my gear arrives but I want to give 5 stars for their honesty
Ordered 2 orders and instead of shipping each one separate they sent both together and only charged me for one and refunded me the other shipping money. Great honestly

We had a little mix up at first with ink not being in stock, but the customer service from Todd was just fabulous and the problem was not only resolved, but his knowledge about the other products allowed us to buy more with a discount due to the original mix up! Thank you so much, and our shop will be using them as a vendor from here on out!

I have been buying from this company for YEARS. I miss them being in Loves Park!!!! I have never had any issues, in any aspect. I used to know them all very well, the owner included, always a great experience. I will continue buying through Bodyshock as long as i can. 😊

I have been shopping here on and off for the past 4 years, not online but the retail store in Beloit. I went there today to buy bug pins and tubes to accommodate. They told me their 9 mag tubes would...
I have been shopping here on and off for the past 4 years, not online but the retail store in Beloit. I went there today to buy bug pins and tubes to accommodate. They told me their 9 mag tubes would fit an 11 mag bug pin. Upon noticing a lot of play and the needle group being too small, I requested to open a 9 mag tube and a 13 mag bug pin to check the size. I was barked at (from who I assume is the owner) in a rude manner. He told me NO WAY could I open anything, and stated "no one else would let you open them" when in fact any online store will send you free samples before you order. Not only was their info wrong... Their 13 mag does fit a 9 mag tube perfectly, and i wound up with half of the order I wanted to leave with. Ive been tattooing 24 years. To have a retail store give you a hard time about opening 90 cents worth of items when your about to spend a few hundred? Well this will be my last time there. Not worth this guys attitude issues overall rude demeanor.
