I went in here thinking I was just going to get a longer bar for my 2 week old navel piercing (because the shop I went to has way too much skin holding the piercing, causing a pressure wound). I met with Steven and he said it'd only be ten dollars for him to customly bend a tongue ring (barbell), remove my current jewelry and put in this new one. When we were done, he said not to worry about paying the ten bucks and my mind was blown. I’ve only had piercings done here, but Abby is amazing! I would highly recommend her. She is always super friendly and is very good at what she does. My sister and I got our tattoos here together recently. Mertzy was our artist and he was great! He was so hilarious and great to talk to and did a phenomenal job with our tattoos. A huge zero if it were possible :/ My daughter turned 18 and ran to get an orbital piercing. This was the nastiest mess I have ever seen due to a piercing. Proper care instructions were not given at time of piercing. I had to take her elsewhere to get info on how to heal it properly. What she was told here to do to take care of it was the exact opposite of what we did to heal it. Just in it to take kid's cash. Shameful. Read Less

I have gotten other piercings before but she still let me know what she was doing, step by step, and educated me on cleaning and aftercare for my piercing. I cannot speak in reference to all of the artists, but Jen was awful. My mother and I were walk-ins for small tattoos. I originally was uncertain with my design but decided exactly what I wanted while my mom got hers done. She stenciled it, forgot a few small lines (which wasn't a big deal, but I wanted them included.) So, she included them into the new stencil and came back to place it. She placed it twice and I was still a bit unsure about placement. I wanted to make sure it was in a spot I was happy with. This was a matter of minutes.. not an eternity which she made it seem like. She was making me very uncomfortable by telling me she was wasting her time and she could tell I didn't know what I wanted. I absolutely wanted that tattoo. But her attitude made me ultimately decide to forget it. I didn't want someone tattooing me angry. Period. She was very nice to us originally. After the first stencil she said her boss was upset with her for taking too long on five minute tattoos. As far as I was concerned.. I decided what I wanted. If I wanted to take five minutes to get the placement right, then I shouldn't be made to feel terrible about doing so. I left furious. She told me she rarely loses her patience and my indecisiveness was pushing her over the edge, or something to that effect. My mother and I were nice as can be to her and in no way deserved to be treated this way. I feel awful that what was supposed to be a nice time together turned into a waste of a day. I see my mom about once a year because of distance, so this was our day together this year. I was shocked with the flip of a switch behavior and will never return. I will tell people to stay away. I'm getting my tattoo done here in September by Jamie. I went with a few friends while they got their tattoo's done and the 2 hours that I sat in there I watched as they checked ID's before they begin the tattoo process. It's a law and a scanned ID must go on the signed paper work before a tattoo or piercing is done. I recommend this Tattoo Parlor to all of my friends and family, the atmosphere is wonderful and the artists are excellent. Read Less

What a joke this place is. It took forever for someone to come up with a design after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't get it right. I finally went in with pictures of what I wanted and photos of other tattoos and told them which parts went where and the drawing he came up with was so lame I couldn't believe my eyes! After about 6 weeks of missed appointments, confusion on the part of the "artist" and complete ineptitude I finally asked for my money back so I could go find a REAL tattoo shop and a real artist. What a bunch of morons! Stay away from this one. I guess that's what I get for going to a shop at the mall. I suppose they can get away with this when their target audience is 18 year old mallrats.
