This has become my new favorite place to get tattoos. It’s not one of those snobby stuck up tattoo shops where you walk in and are immediately judged (not by the employees at least). Yeah the music was a little much a times, but I mean it’s a tattoo shop. Lol What do you expect? You aren’t going to please everyone in that department. Such great vibes and people. The shop is decorated beautifully, has a ton of personality, and played cool music. Tim Kozak added a delicate fern vine around my right breast and it turned out beautifully. He worked with me personally to ensure that the vine was exactly what I wanted before placement, was very professional, and made the process a lot of fun. Went to true love tattoo for the first time a little over year ago and I was definitely impressed! Brandon did such an amazing job with my chest piece and I get complimented on it still to this day! People you must realize that just because you have an appointment time, that doesn’t mean you’re gonna get in the chair at exactly at that time. One thing that I’ve learned with Brandon is that the wait is definitely worth it! My appointment was supposed to be at 3, I didn’t get i...n the chair until 5:30 only because his prior client wanted some things added on, and like me they traveled. Brandon is a wonderful tattoo artist. My half sleeve and tattoo for my daughter are great. My husband and I scheduled tattoos for April and something came up so we gladly rescheduled for May. We took off work, made arrangements for our daughter and drove the 1hr and 45 minutes from home. Something came up, we had to reschedule again for July 3rd. Okay, I didn't want to go anywhere else so let's do it. Took off work, got the baby situated and drove up there for our 1:00 appointment. No one was there. No phone call, no text. Wouldn't answer the phone at all. I don't care how good you are, when you can't even have the decency to contact someone, and still haven't to even apologize then I will NEVER be going back to this shop. Read Less

This business is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered! We have had tattoos before and been to other shops in the area and have never had an experience like this! My husband and I went in on Thursday and made an appointment for each of us for Friday at 4 p.m. We arrived for our appointment on time and when we got there, the tattoo artist was just starting on someone else after 4 when our appointment time was to have already started. While there, they played th...e most inappropriate music and the whole point we chose this tattoo shop was because it's a small, newer business with a wonderful meaning behind it. While we waited for 2 hours, the tattoo artist had no consideration whatsoever for the fact that we were there waiting. Then, when he finished with his client at 6 p.m., he came to my husband and said that he had an emergency and we would have to reschedule for today. So, we decided to give them on more shot. We went today at 12 for our appointment and the shop opens at 11. NO ONE WAS THERE! The shop was not open and we waited and no one showed up for our appointment. I called the tattoo shop numerous times and left a message, but no phone call back. I sent a Facebook message and no response. A lady across the street tried contacting them and no one responded. She also informed us that this happens all the time! This is 2 days in a row that we have wasted our time to get our tattoos. We have children and have made arrangements for them so my husband and I could do this together and both days were a complete waste!
