Four months ago I had my daith pierced by Austin. Not only does he clearly know what he's doing, he also made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Plus he is a stickler for safety and sanitation which really put my mind at ease! About 8 weeks after having my piercing done we switched the hoop out for a heart. Over the course of the next month I had a couple issues where the loop of the heart would get stuck in the hole of my cartridge (MY fault because I would mess with it...had absolutely nothing to do with his work) and both times I popped in unannounced and embarrassed asking him to fix it. Each time he was patient and happy to assist. The last time he adjusted the ring in an attempt to prevent me from messing it up again and I've had zero issues since. I've recommended Austin to a few friends, and plan to get another piercing from him in the near future. *The shop is currently working with an apprentice and while I can't remember her name (sorry!) I have to say she is lovely! Both times when I went in to have my piercing fixed she joked with me and had me squeeze her hand during the painful parts. It might not have seemed like a big deal to them at the time, but the distraction/support made the experience much easier.

This review is solely based on the piercer, Austin. I came in last week to get 4 piercings re-done that accidentally closed (done by someone else) and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained why/what the issue was with the prior piercings. He is a bit sarcastic in a funny sense, which made the process less scary. He is quick with the needle, so you don't suffer from too much pain. I will definitely be going back to Austin for additional piercings in the future!

I've had work done by both Rowan and Sienna. They are both true artists who will not only see your vision, but will make it come to life in ways you couldn't even imagine. After a terrible (scarring) experience with another shop, I was hesitant to ever be inked again. They've restored my faith and now I just keep planning for my next tattoo...and the next and the next. My mom and I returned for another tattoo from Cassidy. She did an amazing job (as always) with the tattoo for my mom. She is kind, cheerful and really works hard to give the customer what they want. I also got a Daith piercing from Austin. It was the best experience I've ever had getting one. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a tattoo or piercing.

This place can not be trusted with keeping appointments. Cassidy is the worst, she will schedule you in, then call you the day before and say you missed your appointment. Does no good to argue with her. All she will do is reschedule you. Be cautious if she offers a time on the weekend, so wont keep the appointment. Bottom line, find another place to get your ink.

Went in without an appointment and spoke with Cassi and Austin. My friend and I had simple designs in mind, so Austin was able to help us out and give us our first tattoos between his appointments! He was incredibly helpful and gave us suggestions on what he would recommend. I am SO happy with how they turned out! He was extremely patient with us, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. We will definitely be going back soon. :)

To make my experience better, he redid a tattoo I already had and made it ten times better. He was very professional and a cool dude. The shop is clean and each artist has their own private space. Today my friend and I got our belly buttons pierced. The piercer was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, packaged, and sterilized and she made sure to show us every step. She even made sure to change her gloves many many times in order to reduce any risk of infection. She warned us before she did anything was had a wonderful sense of humor and charm to easy our nerves. She gave us clear cleaning instructions and made sure we were happy with our piercings. I could not have asked for a better person to stab me with needles. Thanks Alternative Ink!!

Last March I went into the shop wanting to get something for my luck of the Irish great grandmother who recently passed. Cassidy did my foot peace and it turned out amazing !! Recently I took my husband in and he is starting his sleeve work with Levi and that is coming out amazing as well. And I just got work done with Cassidy yesterday. Very clean, friendly, and just all around honest staff. Always will recommend them and go to them for my artwork in the futureUpdating the review due to the treatment that was revived by an artist from my husband having to cancel due to an family member being hospitalized. Not sure if the artist is still there or not but was not handled well at all

My friend and I were looking for possible new artist for our tattoos so we came here Nov 13th for Friday 13th tattoos and it was too busy they had to reschedule our tattoos for a later date. Which is understandable but when we went to our appointment with Cassie she double booked our appointments and made fun of us saying "not with me you dont" when we came in. So the "manager" rescheduled us again and said we can have extra time spent on our tattoos for in inconvenience with cassie. When we came in for our new appointments they did they same thing. She double booked us cause someone messaged her on Internet wanting a tattoo and they assumed they could just have someone else do our tattoos instead. And when we showed up they told the girl that they also booked to leave and come back in an hour and a half whispering about how she's gonna " bust out their tattoos real quick". After that we just left, I don't want something on my body that just "bust through it" most unprofessional shit I've put up with my whole life. Never going here ever again.

He was incredibly helpful and gave us suggestions on what he would recommend. I am SO happy with how they turned out! He was extremely patient with us, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. We will definitely be going back soon. :)

Austin and Cassidy are awesome!! My friend and I walked in without an appointment and Austin still took care of us, took his time, was patient and did amazing work. We each got our first tattoo, and we love them. Good price too, we would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Austin!! Ill make the journey out to Washington when i'm ready for the next one. :)

I had my tattoo done by Casey, who is a great artist and was super respectful of what I wanted. He really listened to my needs and didn't act like this was just "another tattoo" he's done. To make my experience better, he redid a tattoo I already had and made it ten times better. He was very professional and a cool dude. The shop is clean and each artist has their own private space. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be going back for my next one

Today my friend and I got our belly buttons pierced. The piercer was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, packaged, and sterilized and she made sure to show us every step. She even made sure to change her gloves many many times in order to reduce any risk of infection. She warned us before she did anything was had a wonderful sense of humor and charm to easy our nerves. She gave us clear cleaning instructions and made sure we were happy with our piercings. I could not have asked for a better person to stab me with needles. Thanks Alternative Ink!!

Last March I went into the shop wanting to get something for my luck of the Irish great grandmother who recently passed. Cassidy did my foot peace and it turned out amazing !! Recently I took my husband in and he is starting his sleeve work with Levi and that is coming out amazing as well. And I just got work done with Cassidy yesterday. Very clean, friendly, and just all around honest staff. Always will recommend them and go to them for my artwork in the futureUpdating the review due to the treatment that was revived by an artist from my husband having to cancel due to an family member being hospitalized. Not sure if the artist is still there or not but was not handled well at all

My friend and I were looking for possible new artist for our tattoos so we came here Nov 13th for Friday 13th tattoos and it was too busy they had to reschedule our tattoos for a later date. Which is understandable but when we went to our appointment with Cassie she double booked our appointments and made fun of us saying "not with me you dont" when we came in. So the "manager" rescheduled us again and said we can have extra time spent on our tattoos for in inconvenience with cassie. When we came in for our new appointments they did they same thing. She double booked us cause someone messaged her on Internet wanting a tattoo and they assumed they could just have someone else do our tattoos instead. And when we showed up they told the girl that they also booked to leave and come back in an hour and a half whispering about how she's gonna " bust out their tattoos real quick". After that we just left, I don't want something on my body that just "bust through it" most unprofessional shit I've put up with my whole life. Never going here ever again.
