Came here on a whim with some friends to get my first tattoo, and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. Toni, Albany, and Alan were all SO patient and encouraging, taking the time to listen to our request and design the tattoo exactly how we wanted it. I went in pretty nervous but as soon as I started talking to the people I instantly felt totally calm and confident! Alan did my tattoo and i couldn't have asked for a better artist- he was very patient, kind, and easy to talk to, making the experience stress free! So I came from out of state to visit my mom and surprise her with a mother daughter tattoo. I looked around at al l the different shops and then I found Ben's portfolio. I loved.his style so I got in contact and thankfully he was able to squeeze us in. We are so happy with his work. After getting my nose pierced here 9 years ago, I was impressed with the shop and came in for my first tattoo since I was a teen (11 years ago). I had everything planned out - placement, size, design, colors - and came in as a walk-in. Jeremy had time for me and he was AWESOME. Even though it wasn't my first tattoo Jeremy walked me through everything, gave me helpful tips for aftercare, and (most importantly to me) treated me like a friend and respected my choices. I've gone into other shops and have not been impressed with how the artists/staff will denigrate the clients for their choices or not handling the experience smoothly; not everyone thinks out every little detail before coming in, and getting impatient or rude with someone is never helpful. ****Bring cash for tattoo****Probs to Jeremy who was very accommodating and patient with me while I was trying to get my cash! I somehow randomly decided to get a tattoo (bad idea, but never a worst idea) and walked into a different tattoo place in the beginning (anchored tattoo). They were booked for like a month and I was not patient enough to wait for that long so I went to another store near by which was the missing piece! I asked if they could be able to do it on the spot and they said yes! Although there was a problem with me getting cash near by, Jeremy was being very patient with me and decided to do it at discounted price. I originally had an idea what design I want, so Jeremy printed out my design and put it on my arm to see how it would look like. We adjusted size and location a bit until I was satisfied and then he started his tattoo process. The whole process was very simple and quick. It probably took me 30 mins and plus some educational time so around ~45 mins max. I was scared at first because I never gotten a tattoo before, but after this session, I am actually thinking about getting more! Tattoo doesn't hurt at all! It's been a month after getting a tattoo from here and it still looks good :) No infection or any problem detected! I would recommend this place! Price is fairly cheap! Cheaper than a lot of other places! (This place doesn't own a parking lot, so street park is required in downtown. $1.2/hr!) Read Less

Ben did my first tattoo, and it's everything I'd wanted and even more! I showed him my idea and he drew up something that was completely what I'd envisioned, and added some of his own little details as well, which I love. He was just as excited about it as I was and I really felt like I was getting a tattoo from someone who was very invested in the whole process. My daughter is turning 10 and she wanted to have her ears pierced. I was told not to go the typical jewelry stores that use piercing guns.  I wanted professional, clean, caring, and friendly.  Pier was fabulous with my daughter.  So sweet and tender.  I highly recommend him and this place. popped in around an hour before closing on a friday night to get some more ear piercings.after some discussion with the super cool looking front desk heavily tattooed and pierced grandma and pier the piercer (yeah), decisions were made with half an hour before closing.he gave me two lobe piercings for $40 jewelry included, which is a good deal compared to other places i've researched. i actually went in anchor beforehand and they were definitely more expensive.he had me do some meditative breathing to help relax me. i was already calm but i can see how it would help others, especially piercing areas where it would hurt a lot more. i said i wanted the smaller stud (with a 14g) on the fleshier lobe area and the bigger stud (16g) on the smaller flesh but i guess he got confused. not too big of a deal. however later on is when i realized the respective gauge sizes. i wish both were just 16g or even 18g .but that might be in danger of the cheese cutting effect. just as a note, i've had my ears pierced by my friend and at claire's (some were crooked!) and i don't have trouble with the gauges having been too thin. i know pier is a professional so i'm keen on trusting his expertise i suppose.anyway he was a really nice guy and gave me dark chocolate afterward, to help with the loss of blood. he suggested i clean in the shower with dr. bronner's but i would just go with saline solution personally.clean place, they only accept cash (had to get some at the stcu atm across the street), some sketch ppl outside but they were of no bother. i would recommend it. I am reviewing the Hair Salon as I don't have any experience with their piercing and Tattoo services, but as a mere observer they seem clean and professional. The Hair Salon here is AMAZING.  Stephanie has been doing my hair for years and I get compliments on it pretty much daily. More than once a day if I am traveling, for some reason.  She is the best colorist in town.  She can help you if you want to do something more daring with your hair or just want an amazing cut and color.  If you are looking for a new stylist, give her a try! I got my nose pierced here. Heaherann was great and very friendly. She talked me through the steps that she was going to take and also how to care for the piercing. She also gave me suggestions on other piercings in my ear I could get if I ever wanted to get another ear piercing. The back room where she does the piercing is super clean. This shop is awesome! My girlfriend and I came to Spokane to spend a week here and stopped by the shop so her sister and her could matching tattoos. Ben was super friendly, very helpful with helping my girlfriend pick the font she wanted and even though he was a week or two out with appointments snuck us in before we left back to Puyallup. If you are in Spokane, Cheney or the surrounding area I highly suggest stopping by this shop and getting your work done! Read Less
