Takes advantage of new people!  My experience with them was great personal interactions.  As far as the  final product, was not very happy. I asked for straight (stick figure lines basically, think of Def Leppard album art) lines of script.  The first one was suppose to say "GO F.A.R", what it looks like is "GO f.a.r." , the second was my anniversary with my wife that was suppose to say "7-22-13" , what I the final product looks like "7-22-14" and the "14" that was suppose to a "13" is in lower case compared to the other numbers.  Last one was suppose to say "CAMDEN" with "11-19-14", the words "CAMDEN" are not symmetrical/balanced/level to where you could not put a ruler and the tips of the letters would line up. Lastly, for three pieces of work that took no more that twenty-five mins tops of needle time, my cost was $150 (that just seems ridiculous). With that being said, I did look at the stenciling and did not catch these mistakes that were different what I asked for.  In short the prices seems high, they can mess up (what appears to be easy or beginners work), take advantage of new to the ink people and there staff has really good bedside manner. Had a "tear drop" Mircodermal put in just a week before bloomsday by Kyle, he did an amazing Job!! Sadly, with a new promotion at work my Employer asked that i have it removed so I went back, Jamie removed it but did an amazing job! Kept the pain to a minimum! The Place rocks, I've gone to it for my lip piercing (which I removed last week) and my Mircodermal. Thankfully I can still have my tattoos and thankfully they do them. Read Less

I have gotten several piercings through Jamie Flenner and she is ALWAYS AMAZING. She takes her time, makes everyone feel very comfortable and not rushed especially when we are really nervous. A couple weeks ago she and the guy behind the counter had a very full shop of people waiting for piercings and asking questions and they made sure to get everyone's questions answered and not sound rude or rushed. The tattoo guy in the back, Jay I think, had said something to a guy he was talking to that when he used to pierce they would get times on how long it took them to pierce a customer and get them out of the shop, the idea to get them out ASAP! It sounded pretty rude and like a comment directed at my friend who was getting her nose pierced but was really sacred. The hole process took about 10 minutes WHICH ISN'T LONG AT ALL! I dont know why he felt he had to make that remark but it was not right. Jame just breezed past it and continued to speak to us and focus on us, there were 6 of us in total getting something done or asking questions about things. The level of professional and calm she showed just cant be beat. I bring all my friends to her and we will not go to anyone else! For years I thought I couldnt get pierced because I was prone to infections and rejections but since starting with Jamie I havent had a single issue, and none of my friends have either. She's even stopped her lunch on a lot of different times to come and take care of us, even if its just for a silly question! She definately can't be beat! By far the best piercer in Spokane! We also talked to Johnny Bombs, he had come over to bring a friend a juice since she was feeling funky and Jame asked him to grab it for her. HE WAS SO AWESOME! I got my septum done here, no problem. I came back and got my side nose pierced. When I swapped finally to a nose hoop, it was a whole gauge size bigger than the original piercing stud. So it stretched and tore the original hole. I had to go to another shop to have it fixed because my nose freaked out so bad. They were as disgusted as I was. Terrible. Never coming back. Ever. I walked in with a friend and we had been talking about getting tattoos for a while and I asked the man at the desk for an estimate and it was extremely high. I have heard that the give great tattoos wich is why I went in. And as I was walking out the man made a comment to my friend and I that was extremely rude. I was very serious about my tattoo and they went and lost 2 customers right away. But if you want a really nice tattoo and great service screaming ink is the place to go. Honestly when they first opened I was horrified at the idea of a tattoo place in a mall. However after giving into my curiosity I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. After getting to know their piercer Jamie and checking out the shop I love it there! It's clean and they know their stuff. Jamie is crazy knowledgeable and no nonsense, their prices on jewelry can't be beat, and the overall vibe of the place is a fabulous combination of professional and badass. I was a walk in and set up an appointment with Jay for some lettering. I had to reschedule on short notice twice and they worked with me so nicely. The whole experience was comfortable.
