I went in to ask about a cover up and was greeted immediately. The guys who work here are amazing at what they do! The shop is clean, the art is always original and there is no tattoo snobbery. On the Level is a fairly new shop, but don't let that scare you away. All these guys have many years of experience tattooing in Spokane and it is truly some of the best work around. Caleb, my artist, is ah-mazing. He is incredibly versatile, but he has done black and grey work on me, including reworking an old tattoo i got in college that had faded. I've had people stop me on the street to ask to look at my tattoos. I've had people ask to photograph them. I get compliments everywhere I go on the work Caleb has done. The shop is immaculately clean, the guys are all really nice, and I trust Caleb 100% to create amazing art. Heck, I'd trust him to babysit my kids.
