Sorely disappointed. I got a nice tattoo there a couple years ago so went back for my second by a different artist. Bad idea. I've waited several months and the tattoo never healed right and is scarred from going to deep. At first i was super happy but as it healed the scarring on top ruined the roses and the tattoo is raised and bumpy. Not sure anything can be done to fix it either as its a scar. :( Read Less

I got my nose pierced here in kind of a spur of the moment thing. The piercer was very friendly and knowledgeable! The only complaint was that they took almost 30min to even get there .. they're lucky Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia was on 😂😂 Read Less

I got my industrial piercing at the division location 3 weeks ago and it's healing great! Sadly I can't remember the piercer's name, but he talked me through what he was going to do and made reference points on my ear, and had no problem with me asking if it could be adjusted. The piercing was really quick, it took no more than about 5 to 7 or 8 minutes. Also explained aftercare and things to look out for in case of infection or my ear just denying the piercing. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the people weren't the most sociable or personable. Otherwise great place for piercings! Thank you so much, I love it! Read Less

I was very very desperate to get my nipples pierced went to quite a few other shops only to be told the piercer was out or it'd be way to much. I finally gave in and in a bad mood went here, the guy was super nice told me it'd hurt but be over soon and to just stay calm and breathe. It was 76$ for the pair and I love them to death! I went to Bullet Proof on Division because I got a tattoo there a few years ago and had a positive experience. That was not the case this time around. The crew was rude and condescending when I walked in with a friend to each get a tattoo. Once the quarter-sized tattoo on my wrist began to heal, I realized the poor quality of the work. It is deep and a different color on one half, light and not filled in on the other. I returned two weeks after to show the work to the artist and get it filled in and was told to come back in later, without the owner even caring that the work was poor to begin with or asking to see it. Anyway, I went to a different shop the same day and got an expert opinion on the quality of the work and got an appointment to get it redone- the way it should have been to begin with. There is a reason Bullet Proof is walk-in and most other places in town require appointments and consultations. I do not recommend and will not be back. Read Less

When I got out of the Navy, I wanted a tattoo to represent my service in the military. I went here to get my very first tattoo to represent that. The service that I received was simply amazing. They drew up the art concept and went right to work on my amazing tattoo. It was very affordable and nicely done. The shop was extremely clean and the people who work there are simply fantastic.About 4 years later I returned to Bullet Proof for a second tattoo and this one was going to be significantly larger. Basically from my shoulder down to my elbow. The pricing was great and the service was amazing. I believe that the artists name was Doug, but it has been a few years and I cannot remember fully if that was the name. I had a Biker Scout from Return of the Jedi tattooed from my shoulder to my elbow. We had worked on this piece for nearly 7 hours. He ordered pizza for us and we both ate dinner as well which I thought was extremely nice of him. After all was said and done, I had a great piece of art and another amazing experience at Bullet Proof. The only thing stopping me from getting my next tattoo here is that I live in the San Francisco Bay area now. Bullet Proof is a must go for anyone in Spokane, WA Read Less

They should have been symmetrical....which they didn't..they are huge and crooked and now I am going to Caleb from Evolution to get them covered and fixed. I was looking for somewhere local for my third tattoo and Bullet Proof had great reviews. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but needed a real artist to put it on paper for me. Ed listened to what I wanted and after about 2 minutes said he was going to draw it. I though there was no way he knew that quickly after another artist told me it couldn't be done and didn't seem to understand what I wanted after 30 minutes. Went to the Lincoln Heights Bullet Proof with 2 of my friends for our first tattoo's. We are all in our 60's and getting a tatto was on our bucket list. This is by far the cleanest shop I have ever been in!! The staff was friendly and it was easy to get in. There was no wait and the prices were AWESOME. Sometimes for good art you have to pay a little more than anticipated, however they were willing to work with my budget. I got there couple of days ago with really crappy picture of my future tattoo. I've been to other place where the ""artist"" tried to copy the image through carbon paper and ended up sending me to Ed in Bullet Proof.
