Absolutely LOVE my new piercing! I went in a week before I was planning on getting my nose pierced, asked a few questions and each one was answered politely! Came in the next week, on my birthday and asked a few more questions while I chose a piercing and paid. Again, the ladies there were incredibly sweet and helped put my nerves at ease. They even gave me a birthday discount which was awesome! Stephanie was my piercer and she made sure I okay’d everything and that I knew what was going on the entire time. A week ago I went in to get my philtrum piercing changed. They changed it just fine, but right from the get go, the bead of the jewelry kept constantly falling out. I eventually lost the bead, and had to go purchase a second one. I mentioned about it constantly falling out, no real response or apologies, just excuses. Got it changed a second time and it’s fallen out at least 5 times since I got it changed AGAIN just two days ago. They peirced alright but bent my earings real bad taking them out. They dont know how to put in fixed bead earings. I told the girl how to open and close them. You twist the metal to the side not pry it open. The girl didn't listen open the earings with clamps then clamped it shut. Now i have two pairs of bent earing. About a year ago I was in the mall and saw this shop, I had been thinking about getting my cartilage re-done, as it had gotten infected originally and I let it heal without an earring in. I have my septum pierced but I have never changed the ring and I was really really nervous about it, which I felt silly about because it's already pierced. I went into Silver Safari to get a new ring for it and told them I was nervous about changing it. Taylor offered to change it for me and I was so thankful because I was so nervous. We sat down and she started to unscrew the ball on my original ring, it didn't hurt one bit but my nerves took over and I started to get light headed. She was so patient and even offered me a juice box. I felt like such a wimp but she was so incredibly sweet. After I finished my juice box she went back to business and had my ring changed in like 30 seconds. Went there to get a Medusa piercing today, was pierced by Anna. She was sweet and reassuring and once we agreed on placement she was very fast (which is important to me-i don't want time to freak out) Definitely will be back. It seemed like it was all women who were working there which was a cool change from some of the male dominated tattoo shops. Good selection of jewelry, and great customer service from everyone there-no one came in who wasn't helped withing a minute. They were upfront about when the next appointment they could schedule me for was (an hour-one of the piercers had called in sick) and were right on time and true to that time frame. Came in today around 5 to purchase a nose ring. There were a few other people in the store. Not realizing it was $10 off Tuesday I decided to go through with getting a second nose piercing! I figured since there were three other people in the store so would get in pretty quick. The lady told me wouldn't be pierced until 7! 2 hour wait?? I've seen the northtown location busier than they were and get me in quicker than that. I still decided to buy a nose ring. When I told her which one I wanted she asked to look at my nose in such a way that came off like as if I didn't know which size was a good fit for my nose? She dumped all the nose rings in the container into her HAND!!! (By the way this is a health and safety issue) Then she proceeded to ask if I wanted her to put it in for me I politely declined. As I went through the transaction she asked me again if I was sure I didn't want her to do it for me. I again told her that's fine. She bagged up my stuff and as I'm getting ready to leave she asked me again if I wanted her to put my nose ring in for me which at this point Based in her tone of voice and consistent questioning seemed to question my capabilities of putting my own nose ring in. That time I answered back kind of snarky like and said "I've had my nose pierced almost three years I think I can manage thanks" Idk what her deal was but I was fully capable of putting it in myself and succeeded ON MY OWN. Went to get my dermals removed and they couldn't get them out after 30 mins of tugging and pulling. Then the lady resulted in trying to use dirty (not sterilized) pliers to remove them and still failed. Ended up at urgent care with a huge dr bill, wouldn't recommend this place for anything. Love this place, the staff is so friendly and professional when you're in to get pierced. I love how knowledgeable every member is so anyone can put you at ease with questions you may have about your piercing and aftercare. I had messaged them on facebook to ask a few questions about getting a daith piercing for migranes and eventually called to set up an appointment. I had a terrible experience at the store in the Spokane Valley Mall. A little bit of a back story of myself my brother and I are adopted, my parents are two "white people". I went in to get my nose pierced for my birthday and my family came with me. My mom told the lady behind the counter that I wanted to get my nose pierced. The lady at first said ok and reached down to get the paperwork or whatever and then stopped. She looked up at us and saw two little black kids and two white older people and asked my mother if I was her biological daughter. Of course my mom calmly but annoyingly said no and added that she didn't see why that mattered. And then the lady asked for my adoption papers. I don't know about you but I think that's was ok for her to ask or even say to a biracial family. So we left and ended up going back to a tattoo shop and I got my birthday gift with out any trouble at all. This is a very professional environment and I was genuinely beyond satisfied. I went in to get my nose pierced and it was a spur of the moment decision and I'm glad I ended up going there. They answered any and all questions I had (no matter how complex or petty) with a very pleasant attitude. They allowed me a moment to truly pick out the jewelry I liked and didn't rush me at all. The entire staff was really kind, and the lady who did the piercing went into great depth on ho...w to keep it clean. I ended up accidentally pulling it out 2 weeks after getting it and was able to go right back in and have them put it back in for me as I had no idea how to put the cork screw back in. They were even extremely nice with my mother when I went in to get my nose pierced. She needed hers re-opened from not wearing hers for a while and the lady did it free of charge. They got to know us and talked to us to allow us to genuinely feel comfortable. It was neat, and very clean. Been here twice, once for tapering and once for a double helix piercing. The first time the counter girl was snippy with me but it was very busy that day and she seemed to be the only one working. The second time was better as far as customer service, and my piercer Amber did a great job. It's healing beautifully! My only problem was with the pricing. According to their website, a double cartilage piercing with stud is $25. I was charged $55 plus $16 for an extra stud I purchased to go in an existing hole. With tax and tip it came to $80. I didn't complain because I wasn't looking for a bargain piercing, but a little more explanation on the website price list would be helpful so I can be more prepared next time. (I think what it was is that gun piercings, lobe or cartilage, are $25 per set and needle piercings are $55 a set. The website is not clear though and do they really pierce cartilage with a gun?!? That doesn't seem right for a professional shop- they should know better).   Overall though it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend going here as long as you make sure you know the prices. Came in A few days ago and my experience was awful . My navel piercing was crooked and the gal piercing refused to fix it. She said it was fine for now because she had an appointment after me and was already running late. Maybe you should do things right the first time and you won't run into issues like this. I said id wait so as I was waiting the other gals behind the counter were of no help and just stood there talking to each other about something very inappropriate to be talking about while I was in the store and one of the gals was cursing up a storm! Never coming back. Got a triple daith($121) with studs (+$15) on a Tuesday when it supposed to be $10 off. I had 2 gift certificates worth $104 and was charged $156. If a triple daith is truly $121 which it should be regardless of whether or not a gift certificate is used my subtotal before tax should have been $126 ($10 off for coming in on Tuesday). I went back the next day to get this straightened out and was told I was basically wrong and that I was charged for each piercing individually because I had a gift certificate which is completely ridiculous and that they don't give the $10 discount on a triple daith because it's already so discounted. Where does it say this? No where! It says $10 off piercing on Tuesday! As for the actual piercing experience. I wouldn't even come back for that. I know a triple daith is one of the most painful but the piercer couldn't have pushed the needle through slower if she tried. First two went fine but the third she did crooked and pierced again, which is still crooked. It should sit flat with a shorter bar but who knows. My ear bled from the first screwed up hole for the rest of the day. It's not like this is my first piercing either. I've had 4 cartilage and one lip in the past. Never had a problem with the piercer pushing the needle through slowly or excessive bleeding. All I wanted was my $11 back but that's too much to ask. Perhaps in the future this business will make it explicitly clear what discounts apply to what and what is excluded. Read Less

I got my labret pierced about a month ago here, and the customer service here was excellent! Very sanitary and all my questions were answered with complete knowledge. Unfortunately, my piercing fell out while brushing my teeth, and I went there about 3 hours after it fell out, and it had already started to heal up, so I had to get it re-pierced, which was painful the second time around, but the first time it didn't hurt. I was only charged for the jewelery the second time, not for them having to re-pierce it. they have an awesome assortment of jewelery as well as pieces of unique art for sale. Read Less
