PLEASE READ!!
I was recommended by a friend that had a great tattoo from here. When I walked in to schedule my appoinment I showed the guy (the only person in there I didn't catch his name but he seemed stoned) what I wanted and he said they could do it. I asked what times they had available and he said "whenever you want" (this should have been my first red flag) I scheduled a week out, wrote down all my information ( he didn't even check my ID) on one of their sheets and made a $50 deposit. When I arrived to my appointment I walked in to a guy named Perry and he said "what are you doing??" in a rude tone and I showed him my appointment card and he said that the person wasn't here today but he could do it. He also had no proof of my appointment or my deposit (but I showed him my bank statement). It was my birthday and I really wanted this tattoo so I saw what he drew up and it looked good so I let him do it. after it healed it was super faded which did not happen with my other tattoo. About two months later I went to Twisted Raven (I HIGHLY recommend!) to get my 3rd tattoo and he was kind enough to touch up my one from bulletproof FOR FREE and said that they did a horrible job and the lines were squiggly. He had to redo almost the entire thing and was glad I didn't go back there for them to touch it up. Overall bulletproof seemed annoyed I was there the whole time, not once was there more than one worker in there and they are super unprofessional to lose a customers payment and info and did a horrible job. Never go here.

I decided to go to bullet proof after seeing a friends tattoo. When I walked in to schedule my appointment there was one guy there and no one else was there or getting tattooed. I showed him what I wanted and he said They could do it and he asked what time I wanted and I asked what times they had available and he said whenever I wanted (this should have been my first red flag) I wrote down my info (they never took my ID) and he gave me an appointment card with who would be doing my tattoo and I made a 50$ deposit. The following week I arrived at the time of my tattoo and when I walked in a man named perry was there (not the name of the guy on my appointment card) he said "what do you want??" In a mean tone and I showed him my appointment card and he said that they were not here but he could do it. Then he said he had no information of my appointment and no proof that I had deposited 50$ down. At that point I saw what he drew up and it looked good so I let him tattoo me. I showed him my bank statement proving I had paid 50$ so he only charged me 25$ for the remainder. After my tattoo healed it faded a bunch even though I followed all the care instructions. Got my 1st tattoo here and appreciate the cleanliness. Justin's work is so detailed and beautiful. I have brought my "adult" daughters there as well. Highly recommend this shop but more so Justin Ray.

Met with Justin to show him what I was interested in. He tweaked to fit the space perfectly. Could not be happier with the final results. He was professional and courteous and has great taste in music...
Met with Justin to show him what I was interested in. He tweaked to fit the space perfectly. Could not be happier with the final results. He was professional and courteous and has great taste in music. Just moved to the area and am stoked to find my new go to tattoo artist. Can't recommend him enough.

Don't go here. The piercer was harassing me telling me theres "no way" I could be my sons mother and required me to provide legal documentation even though I showed him two forms of ID for both me and my son, because apparently I was "too young to have a son". It is not okay tell someone they couldn't have had a child at such a young age when they don't know that persons life story. it is not okay to say things like, "how is that possible, you couldn't have had a son that young" and refuse service. It was an extremely inappropriate interaction and made me feel very disrespected and uncomfortable. They will never have my service. Unfortunately I did not catch the mans name but this occurred at the sprague shop. The man with the accent at the division shop was very polite and said he could not do it because he just wasn't experienced and sent us to the sprague shop where this situation occurred.
Side note: I called the day before and explained the situation and the man (again did not catch the name) I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said two forms of ID would be just fine and to come on down.

This is my second tat with bulletproof. (First one was back in 2010.) New staff, new problems. Made an appt, showed artist design and decided to do outline  first since he and I were short on time. Told me to come back a week later to finish color, wasn't done healing. Next week, same thing. Third week still thought I need some more healing time. 8 weeks later he finished my tat only to schedule me at the division shop when we was located in the valley. Never coming back to bulletproof again. I'll be spreading the word to friends and family as well! This is one irate customer!

Kris does amazing work. I recommend him to every person who complements my art work he has done. Reasonably price for the amazing art work he can do! The owl he did on my bicep that is a part of a full sleeve made it into a magazine along with some of Americas greatest black and white tattoos! His color is amazing too! Have had my color for a year and a half and its still as vibrant as it was when it was freshly done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRIS!!!!!

Got 1 tat done there turned out good. The second was not what The artist described and he overcharged me then told me it wasn't completed and I had to come back which was just ridiculouse... unbelieva...

The second was not what The artist described and he overcharged me then told me it wasn't completed and I had to come back which was just ridiculouse... unbelievable!! the tat looked like I got it at a face painting stand.  Even with an appointment & money and tat design down.. you are subject to the "Office Drama"   Which  is disappointment.   I switched shop's-  nothing worse ...Bad attitude =  Bad Ink.  I must have gotten some rookie off the leash.  Really !?

I was recommended by a friend that had a great tattoo from here. When I walked in to schedule my appoinment I showed the guy (the only person in there I didn't catch his name but he seemed stoned) what I wanted and he said they could do it.
