Lola is a magical piercer. Not only is she extremely sweet and kind, she’s very talented and knows exactly what she’s doing. She pierced my nose a little while ago and the whole process kept me at ease. She explains everything she’ll do and gives you a lot of knowledge about what is happening which I loved. The woman I spoke with (dreads, left side of head was shaved) was apparently unaware that I know what my child has asked for not only the fact that I had gone in for her birthday present (my daughter asked to get her ears pierced like mama and I wanted them done professionally) and she rudely turned me down as if I didn't know what was best or how well my daughter would do. Lola rocks! I went here on a recommendation (and because I was looking for a new tattoo place that was easier to park around than my old place in Seattle.) I had planned on going here for some new ink (which I will still do!) but wanted to swap out my old nostril piercing for a septum piercing in the interim. I'm an old hat at piercing but find I get more squeamish as the years go on. (Kinda ridiculous, I know.) But Lola is super calming, has amazing "bedside manner" and all around is damn good at what she does. I don't really have any more piercings  to get now, but I will definitely make a trip out for some new jewelry. The studio itself is really nice - it's clean, has a great vibe, and everyone there seems really laid back. I can't wait to go back for some new ink in addition to my new jewelry! Totally worth the drive from the East Side and easy to find parking, too. Read Less
