Went in to get a quote, and found the attitude of the artist toward me very demeaning, as if I was wasting there time. It was like they did not care to have my business. I've been working with Andy every two weeks for the last month and a half on a half sleeve. I went in with an idea for a shoulder cap tattoo and the work was so amazing I decided to just continue down my arm with it. Andy's attention to detail is top notch and I'm loving watching the ideas come to life. I've told him what I wanted and the colors and he's done work better than I could have even imagined. Husband paid Andy $100 deposit in January! He has not been returning phone calls and every time husband goes in there he is told deposits are final ! There was no drawing, appointment made or anything! He was ripped off! Stay away from this place! BAD BUSINESS! Owner says artists are individual contractors and he cant help! Really! Went in on a tuesday evening, nobody came to the front desk or even bothered to say anything from the back room they were in to let us know they would be up to talk to us as soon as they could. One of the clients said they saw us walk in yet after waiting there for 15 minutes we left since NOBODY who worked there had come to talk to us. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I think I found my new shop! I got some work done by Jen Martinez, and she was such an awesome artist to work with. She was super chill and reworked my drawing until it was perfect. Super flexible and understanding. The piece turned out BEAUTIFULLY, I could not have dreamed it up better. My husband has been wanting a new shoulder piece for a while. Today he wanted to come here and check it out. (He originally found out about this place from recommendations.)My husband talked to Andy, the tattoo artist, about what he wanted and out of fate I suppose, Andy had an opening later today and Wes agreed to the appointmentDue to how some things looked from certain artwork and not enough of what I had hoped to see I was worried the tattoo may not turn out right. But sure enough, 5 hours later, Andy finishes the masterpiece on my husbands arm. I was really impressed with Andy's attention to detail and texture.  As for the experience: Andy and the team were very professional with us. He played music to help mellow out everything and also did everything correctly in accordance with state law. At one point my husband felt faint to where we had to stop, and needed food. I had an itch to get my knuckles touched up and add some embellishments to my upper knuckles. I called at 12 and was in by 4, Keith made time to see me which I appreciated so much. The shop was clean, was nice and quiet without a lot of commotion, good music playing, and each artist had their own studio area. Keith was extremely​ kind and professional but easy to talk to. He is a wealth of knowledge on music, artists and alternative lifestyle and culture so a conversation never gets boring. My boyfriend and i had an appointment with Andy yesterday. All the artists are very kind And Professional. The atmosphere has a nice privacy to it. Clean and sanitary. Affordable prices. Andy is amazing. He is very approachable, takes the time to make your tattoo come to life and make it how you picture it. He made good suggestions in case he thought something could be better. My boyfriends tattoo (a black and white hibiscus) turned out amazing and so realistic! My tattoo ...(color) is absolutely stunning, its exactly how i imagined it and more! Andy Trejo is a fantastic artist/tattooer! I got my first wrist tattoo a few weeks ago. He was able to fit my husband and I in immediately the day we called. He's gentle, he listens, he's very competitive in pricing, he's professional, he's fun, he's clean, and most of all he does great work. I liked him so much that I booked him again for a second wrist tattoo for the other side which I got done today. I also got him to do a beautiful piece for my sister as a birthday gift. I called up and asked for an appointment and they told me to come on in. I had my ink all planned out and Mike said the font was a little too small, but he worked with me to download my font on his computer and redo it in a better size. He used the tiniest needle ever and I've had 8 tattoos before this, but this was the least painful and least bloody one of them all. He was nice, friendly, and professional. I was lucky enough to find Andrew Farmer before I had even heard of Dermawerx, being new to the area, I hadn't really heard of anything yet....But I saw his work on  his personal social media and decided, why not. I decided to give him a holler and I have never been so happy with an artist. I have 4 other pieces on my body, and Andrews was not only going to be the largest, but the most colorful. Its a large submariner flash art piece on my upper right arm. The day I first contacted him with what I wanted, he returned a drawing that only needed minor tweaking, which was entirely my fault for changing my mind lol. But he was patient and his second was EXACTLY what I wanted. He made an appointment with me the next day and we got to work on the outline. The outline was cake, and my husband and I instantly liked him for his outgoing personality and professional ease. He was insanely clean and sanitary in everything he did, the way a tattoo artist should be. Due to financial reasons, I went back to him a few weeks later to finish the shading and coloring in two sessions, and he was just as magnificent and courteous as the first. He also did two very small pieces on my wrists, a simple styled TIE fighter and X-wing fighter. He makes you comfortable and has a steady hand. Due to my own fault, I bruised up pretty bad but he was always  there to answer any questions I might have. He is a great guy and plan on going back to him to finish the sleeve I have planned out and have another work to be done by him in the next coming weeks. My husband and I went to dermawerx in 2009 and walked out happy enough. George was the name of the guy who tattooed us and I have no idea if he's still there but I only have that experience to judge. With that said, we both had our daughters name tattooed, mine on my wrist, my husand down the inside of his forearm. Like I said we walked out happy enough, the price was fair and the tattoos were simple but fine. Now that we've had our second daughters name tattooed on us from other shops (I went to Lucky Boys, he went to Peninsula Rose) our tattoos from Dermawerx look pathetic. The other shops worked with us to offer suggestions on how to improve the look of what we wanted, the lines are cleaner and the entire tattoo just looks clearer. I barely have an artistic bone in my body so I appreciated the other shops working with us to achieve the look we pictured in our mind but couldn't express. I will now be going back to one of those other two shops to get my dermawerx tattoo fixed. All the lines ended in blunt edges vs. the curling script my other tattoo has, it just looks more finished and crisp. You really do get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay more for a tattoo artist with a vision... Read Less

The address has changed they are now in Silverdale behind the men's club. I thought the tattoo artists showed good customer service. They take pride in their work and show attention to detail in their pieces. It was unlike the other shops in Silverdale because I thought they where well rounded not specializing in a specific style but can do all styles. The shop tries to promote art they already drew up for 50% off because its art they want to tattoo, never scene that anywhere else. I'm getting a piece from Wes, he really took his time developing a good plan for the tattoo and even gave me a copy of the sketch to take home and color to compare to his to come to an agreement on how to color it in. Came in here on a bored night thinking about getting some tattoos that spotted a little bit filled in. Left feeling pretty satisfied. Work was done quick and pretty cheap.
