My brother set up an appointment with Jaime at 3PM this past Friday. My brother and I got there about 10 minutes early and she had apparently accepted a last minute appointment and asked if we could come back in 30-45 minutes. We were hungry so we were like, "Um, I guess." Before heading out she needed us to remind her about what tattoos we wanted and where, which I know is necessary, but when I mentioned mine would go on my wrist she asked if o was aware it wouldn't stay there (if I turn my wrist), and I said yes but in my head I was like, "Duh, I have a wrist of my own and know how it moves." Then she turns to a guy behind here and says, "Hey (name), it's another one of THOSE." What the hell does that even mean. So my bro and I go to eat and come back something like 45 minutes later and she's still working on her last minute appointments. Keep in mind our appointment was at 3PM and this was now after 3:45PM we wait another 20 minutes and decide we had enough. Bro tells the manager we have other plans coming up and we need our deposit back. Manager tells Jamie and she's says she's done right then. She wasn't. Clients were still with her and I heard the buzzing. Manager tries to get us to stay and we say no, we have plans. He ask if we made plans right against a tattoo appointment and I tell him no, we had a buffer for time and we have now exhausted that buffer with it being 4PM. Manager says that happens sometimes and my brother brings up Jaime saying some last minute people came up first. Manager changed his whole tone and did not seem happy. Not sure what happened after that, but I am so salty after this experience. The manager and other staff there were really nice, but Jaime (Graham according to her business card) was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Yelp comes in handy once again, since I wanted a five-star rated piercing and tattoo shop for putting permanent holes in my body, you know? No I'm not talking about ink--this time!I had let almost of all of my ear piercings mostly close up over time and wanted them back, plus one new one. So I came here to Clayton, a massively talented artist that I seriously recommend to anyone seeking new ink, or restoring an old tattoo that has grown, you know, uuugry over time. And hands down, he's a true professional when it comes to piercings. His shop is very clean, organized and professional too!He was very patient answering my myriad questions over the phone while I was making the appointment, and he got me in the very next day. When I got there, he was even more patient by answering even more questions, whether it was about piercings, tattoos, or how that cool Dr. Who Tardis lamp got in the shop (a grateful customer gave it to him).Over the phone, he had prepared me by saying, "It's going to hurt. I'm not going to lie to you." So for 24 hours I was a little nervous...like daaaaang this is going to hurt worse than I thought, or he wouldn't say that, riiiight?? Then when he was actually doing the piercings, he was so careful, took plenty of time to mark and measure, making sure each hole was evenly spaced apart, and that each ear matched the other. The three re-piercings didn't hurt at all. And that brand new one? Clayton is so easy and great to talk to that I was jabbering away, when he tells me, "Take a deeeep breath in," I did, and somewhere in there he pierced that new one. I kept waiting for really bad pain but it never came, especially compared to what I was expecting. Thank yooooouuu Clayton!!All the while, I kept looking at his artwork in ink. When I was a teenager I wanted tattoos so bad but my mean momma wouldn't let me get 'em lol. I have never been mainstream, so back then when hardly anyone had 'em, I wanted 'em! Now that they are mainstream, I kinda like being a rebel without ink, haha.But then I found out Clayton does Jack Skellington and all the characters from Nightmare before Christmas. And I saw a bunch of other tattoos he does that I liked. Plus he does custom work, so anything you want. So who knows....super tempting, especially when you know you've got gold in Clayton. My son wanted to get his first tattoo while he was in town visiting.  It was sort of a last minute thing and I wasn't sure who would take walk ins.  Found Echo on Yelp, loved the reviews, so gave them a call.  What a great decision!  Jamie did this amazing circuitry tattoo that turned out great!  She had some great suggestions to the tattoo that would allow him to continue the circuitry up his arm without looking like a different tattoo.  While I was there, I caught the tattoo bug as well.  Had been contemplating a new tattoo for years, but didn't put too much thought into it.  A few days earlier had found this beautiful, simple wildflower design that I thought would look great on my arm.  Lisa did it for me and it turned out perfect! My daughter and I have wanted to get matching ink since before she turned 18. She's now 20. It's taken awhile...Coming up with the prefect design idea was one of the challenges for us but we finally came up with one and went in search of an artist who  could make it happen.  We found Lisa.  She took my very crude sketch and basic idea and immediately created exactly what we had in mind.  It was awesome! She was able to take us right away and we are thrilled with her work.  She was a total sweetheart and we enjoyed not only her work but the pleasure of her company as well.  And... I didn't even pass out this time (yeah... needle phobias are an embarrassing pain). Echo tattoo is an amazing shop, it's clean & sterile so you know you'll be safe from any infection. This is the one & only place I'll ever go to, to get work done! I believe there are 3 people who work there, a female(don't know her name), & 2 guys, Clayton(the owner) & Neil. Clayton, is a wonderful & hilarious guy! He's funny as hell & is really good at trivia crack(game app). I've personally never gotten work done by him but I've seen some of his work on one my friends it ...looks amazing. So if for some reason my guy, Neil, isn't available I'd be comfortable & feel perfectly fine having him do work on me! My artist is Neil he is hands down the best artist ever, I've had 3 other guys do work on me! On a 1-10 rating scale he rates in at an 11. His work is so amazing that when we took a photo with my iPhone it picked out all the individual heads of the actors who played the Doctor on the tv show Doctor Who, it thought they were real people & not drawings!! Seriously people if you're wanting a tattoo but have no idea where to go or who too see?! The oh boy do have I a wonderful place for you to visit, it's called Echo Tattoo, you can't go wrong with smart choice!! Went in looking for a replacement piece for my ear piercing that I snagged and lost the threaded piece. The selection was decent enough, but they didn't have anything similar to what I already had. He tried really hard to make something work for me that would look somewhat similar, but when he couldn't he felt bad so he just gave me a new earring for FREE and swapped it out real quick for me so that I'd have something and not ruin my 'new' piercing! Excellent experience. We were walk in's and Clayton rearranged his schedule to fit all three of us in. He finds the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. It felt like getting a tattoo at my buddy's house. He's got movies to watch if you're gonna have a long session. I come all the way out to the shop to quickly grab a belly button piercing at 11:00pm (mine fell out) and the employees were outside smoking, saying they wouldn't sell me anything because they closed up shop early, repeatedly exclaiming "sorry it just happens that way sometimes". My first tattoo. :) this place was great! Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. The place was nice and clean and well kept. This is good because I'm not your typical tattoo person, more like soccer mom. I've been on a bit of a life journey though, and I wanted something to commemorate my progress and growth. So I came up with a design. Clayton was wonderful and honest with how and why it would or wouldn't work for where I wanted to put it. I've had injections that hurt more. It was very fast and I didn't even bleed. 15 minutes afterwards there wasn't even any redness, it looked like it had been there for ages. Healing up beautifully. Their salt spray is perfect, and you can tell they put thought into getting the right packaging to make it easy to use. Would recommend. Would go again; probably will go again! Read Less

Clayton did a cover-up for me, totally eradicated my ex's name with a beautiful tattoo (I know, I know but we are all dumb 19 and in love at sometime).  He took a couple designs I brought in and melded them beautifully and I am so happy.  The shop is SUPER clean and he made me really comfortable.   I won't go to anyone else for any further tattoos. called in advance and email my tattoo over. when i got there everything was pretty much ready to sit down and get the tattoo done. i just had a basic tribal tattoo done but like always lots of fill. Got my first tattoo from echo today. Neil did my tattoo and was great. I was going to slave to the needle and they were getting too expensive, so I decided to try them out. They're cheap for amazing work. Neil hand drew the tattoo and got to work fast. He took my idea I had and made it look better than I could even imagine. They're clean and friendly. Plus I found out they had a fundraiser to help kids with cleft palate and raised 1500 for those kids. Makes me like them even more. A+ work for good prices.Updated: Ive been going to see Neil now for a few years. He's the only one who does my tattoos now. He's done 5 of my 6 tattoos including my half sleeve.
