A place with great customer service when you walk in, great prices (see on the website), and great customer service when you leave? I mean, jeez... that's rare, especially given I walked in dressed like a slouch, but one that looks more like an LL Bean slouch than one from Georgetown. But, they still treated me like any other pierced, tattooed person that might come in despite possibly wondering if I was in the wrong place. So, A+ for that, or as someone cooler might say, "Right on." (Do people still say that? That's a west coast thing, right? We don't say it back east.) Second, the dude warned me of the walk-in penalty: a wait, but kept me abreast of the wait, and walked me through the process. Then, the piercer gave me feedback and made me alter my plans a bit based on his experience. And, then he shoved a needle through my ear while warning me of everything every step of the way, then handing me back to the dude that originally checked me in. Smooth process. Little pain, even though they warned of some. And, so, despite my curiosity about the tipping in this industry, I left 30% on my card for the guy(s) for having given me such a good experience. I'm not a bad tipper in general, but for a place I wasn't sure a tip was customary, that should say something. Bottom line: Love it! Go here! Just not when I go. Read Less
