Mike is one of the best artists in all of Seattle. I came to him with an idea for my sleeve but didn't have any references to give him because nothing I found clicked. Meeting Mike is when all that changed. He called me back for review of his drawings and the first Phoenix he put out was the exact same one I envisioned in my head. He allowed the sleeve to become this collaboration of effort both on his part and mine as our design came full picture. He's been my most trusted artist but has also allowed our friendship to grow over the years and continues to allow me to bounce ideas off him for the next piece, which there will surely be many. Mike gave me something no other tattoo artist ever had, he gave me a piece of art, a piece of his art. And that's something I will cherish everyday for the rest of my life. Michael is a wonderful tattoo artist. Not only does he come up with great ideas to make my reference pieces even better, but he is very precise and talented. He takes great care in his work. Super chill environment... Michael and Tascar (did I spell that right, brah?) felt like instant friends. Energy/aura of the shop itself was relaxing and sparkly� IMMENSELY talented artists - can't wait to go back to finish up my spouse's cover-up and get about 47 tatts of my own...mad jealous of him right now haha! So glad we did, as we had nothing short of an awesome experience working with the very talented artists Tascar and Michael. Michael is that sick nasty, gnarlbird. That crunchy sock left under your bed for so long that it festers and, when you pick it up, it leaves that dank, putrid stank bomb on your fingers.
