Everyone has bad days, and everyone has their moments. In customer service, the customer comes first! Although this is a tattoo parlor, the customers come first! That doesn't mean you argue with them about a tattoo, or how they want it, it is what the customers wants, it's their body, it's a modification of THEIR choosing. When a employee shows attitude, snarky comments, argumentative attitudes, and a rude demeanor, it shows that the artist doesn't care about their job an...d their work. This was my daughters FIRST tattoo, and we will never come back. I know what your thinking, "ohhhh good riddance, one less customer and you got plenty more"! Well I am a marketing manager, that works based on clientele based work, everything reflects clients coming in. One bad review can ultimately turn things downwards for the company.
