The only problem I had was I had an appointment with another guy there at 5 and he was tattooing someone else when I arrived and still when I left and hour and a half later.. *PLEASE READ IF YOURE CONSIDERING THIS SHOP* I wasn't very impressed with this tattoo shop. For various reasons. I had come in for my second tattoo and wanted a butterfly with some flowers. It was about 3 inches long and 4 inches wide. It was a very pretty design and I loved how the artist (I am pretty sure it was Matt?) put my ideas together. So the day after I came into the shop, I got a spot to get tattooed. I asked about the price, he said it would be about $120 - $200 for a crecent moon of flowers with a realistic butterfly (relatively small) on my forearm. He had said the tattoo should take 1-2 hours to complete. The outline, and shading. So I was pretty excited to get it done, then after a while of sitting in the chair I noticed how much my arm started to hurt, not from the tattoo but from how much pressure he had put on my arm and the friction from how hard he was spreading my skin. I would look and see how much of the butterfly he had completed after one hour, and he had only done half. I understand every artist has their own pace but he seemed to be purposefully taking longer than he should have. It was now almost 3 hours later from when we started tattooing. And I had to call it done because I was disappointed at how long it was taking to make such minimal work. Keep in mind this is only in black and grey, NO color. He had NOT SHADED THE FLOWERS AFTER 3 HOURS of a relatively small tattoo. Takes up maybe one third of the front of my forearm. At the desk when the price came up, he wanted $280 for a TATTOO THAT WASNT FINISHED. I was completely shocked, and not very happy to say the least. Fast forward almost a year now, I have gotten 4+ tattoos on the same arm by different artists. And at random times my healed tattoo will raise from my skin, and itch like CRAZY!!! Not one of my other tattoos have had this problem, and it turns out from some reasearch I am having allergic reactions to the ink he has used. So I will probably have to deal with this itching for the rest of my life. Overall this shop will milk you of your time, and is completely overpriced bullshit. I feel like I was robbed. Went in for a consult and they happened to have availablility to fit me in that day. Everyone was very nice, super patient (we changed size and location on my upper arm several times before switching locations altogether to my other forearm), accommodating in helping me fit my idea into my budget, and my tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted it. All three of us got exactly what we asked for and then some. The shop is modern, clean and beautiful. Jeff and Dustin both did an amazing job. Called in yesterday 8/29 on a whim to see if they had any walk-in availability, Dustin said he did so I went on in and I don't think I've stopped smiling since I left. I had an idea of some hibiscus & plumeria flowers for my shoulder and he gave me something I didn't even know I wanted! It's beautiful and it doesn't even have color yet. Very professional, clean shop. My bf has also had work done here by Aaron to "re-do" a tattoo done by an apprentice at a shop that had closed down and he did such a nice job it looked like a whole different tattoo when he was finished. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for some great artists. Walked in today just to chop it up. The owner Dustin was in and said he could knock out a tattoo for me on the spot. I was shocked. Usually you gotta wait forever, but it was his day off and he felt like he wanted to tattoo. I was under tight time restraints, but he knocked out a beautiful, fist-sized traditional rose on my wrist. Bad ass. best art I have, and I have a bit. Aaron Egging is my artist and has done all of my tattoo's (4) He does incredible work. His style is fantastic. He has taken my ideas and made them into art i couldn't have even thought of! he has a great talent! At this point i feel like i could just give him real estate on my skin and let him do his thing and i know it would come out great! that's how much trust i have in him as an artist. If i could put images here i would. He is also a blast to chat with. As are the rest of the staff. Spending 4 or 5 hours in the chair is super fun at this studio. all the artist are engaging and get stoked for all the tattoo's they do! Stop by this studio, if only to look at the incredible art they do. (no really they also paint and have seriously great work all over the walls of the studio) you won't be disappointed.Read Less
