Came in to find a part for one of my piercings. I didn't catch the gal's name but she was beyond amazing and helpful! I lucked out and they found what I needed mixed in with their spare parts. I've had 2 piercings done here and both were good experiences. My madonna healed nicely, but unfortunately my body rejected the jewelry in my belly button. Going in soon to get my tattoo done by Jacob in a couple weeks! The guys are all friendly whenever I go in and the shop is clean. Read Less

Awesome experience! Got to come with my nephew for his first tattoo. Since we weren't too familliar with the tattoo shops in the area we choose primarily on close location and good yelp reviews. While he was getting established with the place and they were readying the tattoo, I felt confident we chose correctly. It was fast and clean and it couldn't have gone better in my book. I got my ears pierced there today...two holes in each earlobe and one in the cartilage. The place was very nice and professional. Super clean and they did a great job. The staff was outgoing and friendly. They have great after care instructions and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to others. Got my forward helix done here, did not seem clean and hurt for weeks. My body immediately rejected their metal and I got a huge keloid from the infection and the cheap jewelry. Would not recommend getting a piercing here to anyone Read Less

Tak is a fucking bad ass and did amazing on my tat yesterday (sat) I think it's my new favorite and Lance does an amazing job and really good price he fixed my mistake of a tattoo I got at 14 and did my serenity piece which has been my favorite for a only 80$ also zack fixed my nip ring that was halfway out and put new jewelry in for only ten bucks. Again, another amazing experience in this shop. I would recommend lance or Chris. My latest session was done by Chris. He is traveling between California and here so he will be back every so often. This shop has horrible customer service. I brought in an idea I wanted to have done. It had multiple elements to it that the artist was able to move around and design their own way. He told me he would have something drawn up within two weeks and that he would call me. After three weeks I called the shop and asked for Chris. He was busy so he told the guy who answered to let me know he hadn't started it yet but that it would be done within a week. I called the next week, he once again wouldn't come to the phone but told the guy who answered that he still hadn't started it but that it would be by the end of the week. I called again the next week and was once again told by someone else that he had not started it yet, but that it would be done soon. I called one more time, Chris finally answered and said he still hadn't started it but he was going to start it soon. He never apologized it tried to give a reason it wasn't started yet. I was told it would be done in two weeks and it was now six weeks later so I told him I would be going to another shop. It was really disappointing but I found another great shop with a great artist who wanted to work on the tattoo. Read Less

Went in to this shop to get some lettering done on my fingers. Kevin tells me before we start that it will be $200. After we get done he says, "that took a little longer than expected; how does $250 sound?" Having asked him to touch up a couple of other things as well I was just fine with $250 and in addition gave him a $50 tip equaling $300. I go back in a few days later to talk about a few minor fixes and he gets offended telling me I'll have to wait a month or so before he'll even think about doing anything. Which was fine as they needed to heal. I called him later that day to let him know I hadn't meant to offend him and he says, "hey man I'm not touching those up for free. I don't know anyone that touches up fingers for free." Well I have many tattoos and have never been charged for touch ups after the healing process. This shop may have been there a long time, but their customer service is terrible. I am now going to pay someone else to do the touch ups that this shop should be taking care of. I've been going to this parlor for over 2 years and have had a lot of different work done here. Chris is an amazing artist!! I've had tattoo work done and also piercings. The shop is clean, they always the their time and make sure you are happy with what you got. I switched from another tattoo parlor in Marysville to this one and couldn't be happier. Chris works with you every step of the way and makes suggestions on how to make the tattoo the best it can possibly be. I will continue to give Chris my business. My advice is to make an appointment if you have an elaborate piece you want done. Read Less

Small shop with LARGE talent! I have gone here for tattoo's and piercings. I have had nothing but great service and awesome work! Many of my family and friends have been going through here for tattoo work, I haven't heard one complaint. I receive many compliments on my tattoos and know that the talent at this shop is superb! My cousin went in a while back for her first two tattoos. She suggested this place to my mom when my mom wanted a new one. When we went in the worker was kind of rude to us. Then when I went in there was a different worker but he was insanely rude, sarcastic and judgmental. When he came out with a stencil, he spelled it wrong and I told him that and he threw a fit and went back into his office. They have terrible prices and horrendous customer service. Read Less
