Johnny artist who did my tattoo he was patient and friendly very professional. he did an amazing job on my tattoo work. I like the his gun was really quiet.it's not that normal loud screeching irritating nerve-wracking sound it's very quiet and it just helps you be more relaxed and at ease while you're getting the work done. I will say for sure that the other tattoo artist at this tattoo place are very very professional and patient. While I was waiting to get my tattoo work there was a lady who was being helped by another artist unfortunately I don't know his name she was yelling and screaming. even when he wasn't working on her she was still Performing and he was patient, he waited for her to settle down and he still did his job immaculately so I would recommend this shop to anybody and everybody. I would like to give more stars however I can't because although I've been to the place twice to get a tattoo I've been ignored. The first time I requested Johnny s. and while he was not there I asked a person to give johnny a picture of a memorial tattoo I wanted johnny to draw. No one called me, for all I'm concerned it might not of made it to Johnny. I requested Johnny because he did a great job on my daughters and husbands tattoo. In a sense I was glad not to do the memorial tattoo as I need more time to give it more thought. Anyways I went back to your shop to request a different tattoo from someone else since I thought johnny s would be to busy. The receptionist told me he was free all week and called him up front which I then told him what I wanted for a tattoo and also had a picture with an example. I let him know it was important that I got this before my trip to Vegas in November which was like a month prior. He told he could do it in a few days. He emailed me next day told me it would be more than a few days and I told him that was fine. A few weeks later I email johnny because I didn't hear from him and asked him for status. I still have not heard from him months later. If you can't do my tattoo at least let me know. I never had to wait like this before when getting my tattos. These guys were excellent. For our anniversary, my husband and I each got the tattoos that we have been craving. Johnny and Eddie were both personable and each did a great job on our tattoos. I absolutely love this tattoo parlor, you arrive there and you immediately get attention. Not only that is everybody there is very friendly! Eddie did a marvelous jobs both times I visit. I don't get tattoo very often but when I do I wanted my tattoo to be sentimental and he each time I am very happy with his works! He very precise, gentle, details and the best things I like about his talents is that he took more time to designs and to do the actual tattoo. I will not go anywhere or anyone beside 360 Tattoo. Very happy with my tattoo! Got my first tattoo done today by Raul and there are many good things I can say about him, his art, and overall how he does the actual tattoo! Very nice guy who I would highly recommend if you're in the area wanting to get a tattoo done! Updated review - I got pierced yesterday and their piercer Sonny is so friendly and really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed even though he's getting ready to stab you! Very professional and cracks good jokes t…o keep you calm. Sonny is also very informative and thorough on how to care for your piercing, he goes over exactly what he's going to do and goes into detail about each step of the piercing process and actually takes his time with you rather then just poking you and rushing you out immediately, like I have noticed with many past piercers I've gone to. I had an exceptionally poor experience at 360 Tattoo. I wanted to get my upper frenulum pierced and the place I would normally go refused due to the risks associated with the piercing. Fully aware of this I proceeded to call around and see a place in town that would. I found this place that would. Initially, I should've seen the red flags when 1. They didn't know what an upper frenulum was and I had to say smiley for them to understand 2. Used the phone number I gave to unprofessionally message me with exceptionally poor grammar and typos 3. The man who was the piercer lacked teeth and hadn't brushed the existing teeth he did have, was wearing sweatpants, and had dingy shoes. His piercing room was across from a table with old Asian takeout food, (their lunch area) and had tacky, immature printed photos of old memes and just really cringy things. He not only made me feel stupid for not knowing how to hold open my mouth for the piercing, but he DROPPED his grip on the clamp causing my frenulum to almost tear as he was incompetent to put in the jewelry I requested. He laughed about it, when really he should've been offering me the piercing for free because of how painful that was. The sterilization process looked janky, and I don't trust it. On top of that horrible "procedure", the jewelry is cheap and obviously mass-purchased, and I was charged $50 overall. This is far more expensive than it should be. He suggested going to the Dollar Tree to buy non-alcoholic mouthwash and some iodized salt. Beyond unprofessional. Desperately wish I could have my money back. Read Less
