I always go there. Corbin does a good job with his tats. I got two from him and getting another one next week. Atmosphere is cool. Movies pool table... A cool place to chill. Walked into the shop yesterday the new location was immediately met by the owner and greeted everyone was super nice and welcoming. My artist Levi was very patient and skilled. Okay, so I went in the first time and got a Great tattoo, loved it. I went in again and got another, the lines were wavy, and not at all solid. Wasn't too worried, I went back in and asked them to fix it, they "did" All of my scabs finally came off and I looked at it and now it's just even more wavy and not solid. Ray of Hope may have not liked the loud music, but it's very people friendly in there. Not sure what they mean by ”dirty” but everything they used on me was disposal, everything was saran wrapped, and the artist wore gloves. I think Ray of Hope sounds racist and hateful. What is ghetto? I walk around Tacoma and see a lot of people with names and that is what is for $20.00. Ray of Hope, I got a portrait done there of my son put it on Facebook and got over 150 likes....my tattoo is AMAZING. StayFresh has a super reputable name in Lakewood, I've never neen treated like crap either. Maybe it's just not the tattoo shop for, but it is for me.and all the other people that sit waiting for the doors to open just make sure they can get it in. I think based off this ONE review of a racist, hateful person doesn't sound like a reliable source anyways. People looking for a great tattoo, I promise this shop is ALWAYS packed, good work, and I promise they are the BEST prices in town. Period. And for the record, I give a s&$t about $20 tattoo. If you dont have anything else to do for the day and dont mind all the ghetto loud crap music where no one can hear and being treated like shyt then this is your place. This place needs Organization badly. It is very dirty and the health department should check into it asap. What a F**ked up experience.
