Just got my first tattoo done by Travis and he did an amazing job. Not only did it feel very relaxed but talking about music and other things only helped. It was a very good experience and I will definetly go back. The shop is very clean and gave me a very cool vibe going in. The tattoo took about 25 minutes and all through it I was relaxed and calm. WOW and do I mean WOW!!! I checked Tiki Tattoo out after it had been recommended to me by someone I really appreciate for her opinion on tattoos, the artist and the shop. I found the shop to be extremely clean and upholding to the letter of rules and regulations they have to go by. They have hundreds if not thousands of tattoos to get an idea from. I already knew what I wanted. I wanted a bracelet on my left wrist of puppy/kitty feet with a heart linking each paw print. I wanted the paw prints to be assorted colors and the hearts to be red. It turned out great. I will post a picture of it with this review.I'm planning to go back next week to get another tattoo done. I really like the artist that did my work. His name is David or, the Sarge. He does terrific work!! He draws what he thinks you want, shows it to you gives you a chance to make any changes then he draws it on paper with ink on the side that prints the picture on your skin when he presses it on. Then the work begins. Yes the wrist is painful. I have other tattoos and this is the most painful one so far but I love it. I have wanted to get this one for a long time. I will have David do all my work in the future. He's terrific!! They take walk - ins and appts. If you're going to be a walk-in I suggest you get there when they open the door. They are a busy shop. super clean shop.  employees are  equally as clean and friendly.  have had several tattoos done here.  Travis and Deno have personally done tattoos on me.  there attention to cleanliness and perfection while doing your tattoo is unmatched.  all the tattooers at Tiki are excellent.  have seen some unbelievable tattoos done by Dave as well and look forward to getting one from him.  I will return for more tattooing in the future for sure.  rest assured that when going to Tiki to get tattoo that you will be respected and cared for like family. Dino had no problem spending over an hour with me, talking about the design I wanted before we started. He created a wrap around the lower arm fire dragon. The art work is incredible. This place was very friendly and clean but the artist did not confirm it was a new needle which I would prefer. I have 6 tattoos two very large ones and my artist in New York always confirmed it was a new needle. The lines on my very simple tattoo from here were HORRIBLE. I'm very disappointed in my tattoo from here, the owner did it. I can't wait to get to New York to get it fixed. I posted the picture. MAG Read Less

I had a great experience at this shop. Brett did the work on my arm and I was very impressed. When my son turned 18 and decided to get his first tattoo, he went to Brett as well. I took a picture in for my tattoo and Brett made it perfectly. When my son went in, he had Brett design his and it was just awesome. I intend to go back for my next one very soon. Read Less

I'm leaving 1 star because I have too, and well; he did the work.My husband went here to get his wedding ring tattoo because he's an electrician. The artist  he who did his work was VERY rude. I don't remember his name... he was bald. He was making rude comments about us getting married and that he would never do it and other slam comments. We did not feel comfortable at all. If he didn't want to do the tattoo, he should have said no.He also didn't have us fill out any paper work.  We didn't think about it at the time because of all the comments he was making.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere. It doesn't matter if you don't agree with a customers actions, keep your comments to yourself. Read Less

I go to Tiki Tattoo because Dino works there.  My husband and I both are getting full Japanese style back pieces from Dino.  He is an amazing artist with amazing technique.  I have followed him from shop to shop and will do so as long as he is still doing tattoo's.Beautiful art done by an amazingly creative person. I went to Tiki Tattoo in Lacey for my second, and third tattoo.I have been happy with the level of service they provide, and the place is always clean and orderly, I feel the rates are reasonable, and the guys there are helpful.....The only drawback is that they don't do body piercing. Tiki Tattoo is the only place me or my friends will go for body art! Read Less
