I LOVE this tattoo shop. My friend and I got matching tattoos, and just FYI it was our first time so as you can imagine we were pretty nervous. We went in to many tattoo shops in northern washington and definitely chose this place for a reason. All the artists we met were super friendly, really funny, and welcomed us in without making us feel judged. Sure getting the tattoo was just a little painful but it was worth it and Jeff made the process much easier. He was super relaxed and I could not have been more pleased with the person or the tattoo. Jeffrey Davis was more than happy to help and do really small matching tattoos on all three of us. Since then I have continued getting tattoos from him. I had been wanting to be a tattoo for awhile and when I was looking for a place, I just went to google and typed in "tattoo places near me". I went on each of their websites and was looking at their work and prices also. I liked the pictures this place had and I decided to go for it. When I walked in, I was greeted by Jef and I told him about my idea and what I was looking for. We set an appt for the next weekend. When I went in, I had my husband and friends with me for the moral support haha, but Jef was super professional and showed me more sketches and we talked about it and played with the sizes, the fonts, and the details and everything was set to go. He was super comfortable to be around, was funny and social, and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back, my husband is considering a new tattoo also and both of us would go back to Jef. His price was so fair, he was so nice and gave me everything I was looking for and more! I was tattooed by Travis Broyles at a tattoo convention in CA and he is hands down my favorite artist. I can't imagine ever being tattooed by anyone else after working with him. My now husband, boyfriend at the time, recommended Travis to me after also getting a piece by him at a convention. Travis was easy to work with, perceptive and knowledgable. We discussed my idea, a cross stitch rose memorial piece for my grandmother. He gave me his thoughts, expert opinion if you will, and designed and planned something that exceeded my expectations. When we met on the day of my tattoo his friendly demeanor put my nerves at ease. Travis and I talked while he tattooed me some but he was focused and concise with his work. I've had one appointment with Jeffrey Davis so far and plan on following up when my forearm is finished. First impressions in the shop were excellent. I did stop by in person to see the shop and meet with him. We discussed what I wanted, I gave him a deposit, and he worked extra hard with me to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. When it came time for my appointment I was very impressed with the shop's check-in procedure. You will have to have your ID and information ready for a very thorough app that includes everything you should know about getting a responsible tattoo and everything they need to know about you. While I was all checked in, Jeff began reviewing his sketches with me and determined the best placement on my body. Ultimately it is larger than I originally imagined, but now I have something that flows and fits me, and I appreciate someone who discussed these things and considers his work to be art. During my tattoo his hand was not too heavy and the tattoo healed very well. It did feel different to have something sketched on, but I love the detail that his work in this style shows, and I can't stop staring at it.  Now that I have had a couple of weeks to heal I can't wait to finish! I had been looking for someone who fit this bill since I moved to WA, and I'm so happy to have met Jeff! He's super awesome and his work is just beautiful.
