My friend got her tattoo by the man that owns this shop. she had a reaction to her tattoo (she followed all post care requirements given by him) After like three weeks or so the ink statred coming off. We went back into body language to ask him if he would be willing to fill her tattoo in for free or a low price after asking him he got really defensive and was cursing at us telling us "that he won't f*** do that it not his f*** fault for it coming off like that". If I could give Gary zero stars I would!  I put money down and started working to customize a tattoo with him.  After a few emails exchanged he went off on me about not liking to copy cat tattoos!  Ah, that's why I asked you to help me customize it and make it your own!!  He said I was being too picky and that I had an attitude!  Tattoos are permanent, I want to make sure it's something I can live with for the rest of my life!!!  Not only did he insult me, but he kept my money also!!  Very unhappy about my experience there and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, EVER!  Find someone nicer that cares, and won't just steal your money!  If his son, Brandon, did your last tattoo (which is the only reason I went back there) don't bother!  Unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore and asking for him infuriates his dad!  I think Gary couldn't figure out how to design my tattoo and when I asked if his son could do it he went ape sh*t on me and even threatened me with jail if I ever set foot in his store again!  No sense of customer service at all! Let's put it this way: I live in the valley, I work in Liberty Lake, and I will gladly spend the 45+ minutes each way to drive to Cheney to go to Body Language.A couple of years ago, I had a coverup done at another shop that was closing. The artist told me they were closing and that since it was a coverup I'd need another session, but that I could just call her and she'd meet me at one of her friends' shops. She said she was closing to go back to school. Well, in the month I was told to wait to let the first session heal, she disconnected her phone. You could still see the original design under the coverup, but I just ignored it.A few years went by and I found myself engaged. I knew I didn't want my horrible tattoo in my wedding pictures (it's on my arm), so I turned to a friend with many tattoos for a referral to get it fixed. She sent me here; they've done something like 10 of hers, and I trusted her. I was a little bit scared to ask another artist to fix someone else's botched job, but it had to be done.Gary, the owner, is brutally honest. He has no censor and will absolutely tell you what he's thinking. He also has no filter. I think this is great, but if you're sensitive to salty speech or less-than-PC conversation, you don't belong here. He assured me that they could fix it, and I went in around Memorial Day of 2012. I had a couple hours' session with Brandon and walked out with an amazingly vibrant tattoo. It's been a year and strangers often tell me how much they like it, and ask if it's brand new. It looked fantastic in our wedding photos.For Christmas, my husband got me 3 hours of tattooing. I wanted a few smaller pieces. For the first I told Brandon somewhat what I wanted (a lotus with a specific Kanji in the center), and sent him an image I'd found. He came up with something even better. I said I wanted the Kanji to look like brush strokes, not a thick line, and he pulled it off flawlessly.I have been nothing but happy about the work I've gotten from Brandon and the awesome experience I have every time. Their prices are fair, too. Like I said--if you're easily offended, don't go here. I went in on my 20th to get my naval pierced, something I'd been wanting to do since I was about 15. I have a pretty bad fear of needles, so I was little nervous about the whole thing. They made me feel very comfortable, and I couldn't believe it when I was done! 10 months later it's all healed, and I have NO regrets getting it! I will DEFINATELY be going back if I ever want another piercing or a tattoo in the future!! Read Less

I had a tattoo done here by Gary, and he did a damn good job. The place is really clean, and they are really professional. He redrew a picture of the tat that I had been wanting, and it turned out 10 times better than the picture I gave him. Looking forward to getting another one here. Read Less

Gary, the owner, is awesome. He has done both of my tattoos, one for my brother, and re-did one for my friend who had hers messed up from the original tattoo artist; you can't even tell now because it looks so great! Very clean place, new shop, and more piercing options. I also had my ear peirced there too. Gary has been doing tattoos for over 25yrs and is super friendly and nice. I watched him open up the sterile needles and everything. My tattoos turned out awesome and didn't get anything infected because I followed his care recommendations.
