Our daughters had their ears pierced 8 weeks ago and today we did our first earring change.  We waited to post a review until ensuring everything that was stated would be accuratr.  No infections, no complications and the piercer was beyond perfection.  Our girls didnt sit 100% still after the piercing and they handled it fabulously!!  Would recommend! This guy is sarcastic, funny, and experienced. He knows what he's doing and has great advise. He didn't actually pierce these but my second holes had become infected and he cleaned them out and put titanium rings in them and they are dong great now. This place is clean friendly and offers the most quality Care. I took my mother to get her nose pierced we were greeted by a Mala and then Mark. Mark seriously cares about his customer s. More than I have ever seen from another human being in a business setting. His professionalism is uncanny. He works clean quick and provides his customers with information about safe and ethical practices. Mark explains what he's doing and why he's doing it every step of the way showing respect for each customer. When my mother's nose would not stop bleeding she received marks undivided attention for the next hour and a half. Mark insisted on us keeping him posted on how she does later on in the week. I got 2 tongue piercings and a labret by Mark today. He was knowledgeable and hilarious. I was very nervous (tongue piercings are always daunting) but he made me laugh and it helped me relax quite a bit. The piercing procedure was quick and sanitary. I also purchased a new septum ring which their current apprentice anodized and changed for me on the spot. Tried this please twice. After the first time getting bogus jewelry from this place. I was told the ball would eternally thread. He offered to put it on for me as full service so I let him. Few weeks later I went to swap it out for another ball I bought there too. I barly twisted the ball he put on & it feel off. Not only was it not enernally threaded, the thread had been pulled completly out the ball. When he showed me the ball, it was there. It was pulled out then placed ...on the brett. Shameful & very dishonest... I wanted to give them one more chance. I went back to get a piercing & got my daughter one a few months later. Now 3 months later her nose still is sore & very tender. Mine 2 months in bled still. We have never had an issue with piercings ever, yet both ours became slightly infected & she still can't swap out her nose ring. Ridiculous. I won't be back. This is an amazing place. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who did my Daith was very patient and explained everything he was doing and why. I was not 100% convinced of this, but my daughter took me and gifted me with the piercing to try and help my constant headaches and weekly migraines. I got my daith pierced here 5 years ago and had a great experience. Fast forward to today, and I popped the ball off my earring. I thought I had broke it. I recently had an MRI that required me to remove some piercings.  The problematic ones were my nipple piercings that seemed to close up after just a few days (and I've had them for 10 years!!!). I cannot say enough good things about this shop.  They are so meticulous about their sterilization and disinfection,  it felt cleaner than some doctor's offices I've been to.  I've had piercings done by both Mark and Rusty, both of whom are extremely professional,  thorough and friendly.  They work to educate you not just sell you.  My daughter had a piercing at another shop,  after the infection cleared up,  I took her to Only Precision and Mark re-opened the piercing and put the correct gauge jewelry in it.  Not a single problem since.  My mother,  who "poked" her ears herself,  years ago,  came in with me,  and Rusty re-pierced her ears correctly.  Now she can comfortably wear earrings without the discomfort of constantly closing piercing.
