I'm writing this review solely based off of his attitude with me over the phone. So let me explain what happened and tell you about his unprofessionalism.  My girlfriend and I came in and received memorial tattoos for our daughter who recently passed. Nothing big, we got her name on the inside of our wrists with the time she was born on the top of our wrists. Here we are 1 week later and it just doesn't look that great. The ink isn't holding in my skin (which I've never had problems with before in the past, and I have a lot of ink). When we left his shop it looked great, as fresh ink usually does, so I called him to talk about getting it touched up when I saw how it was healing. He tried to blame me for it and dodge responsibility for his crappy tattoo. While we were in his shop he asked me to run next door to purchase gloves for him because he didn't have any, he constantly touched equipment and such with his bare hands, and it took him just over 4 hours to write 3 words and a time on 2 people... why you ask? Because he talked nonstop about his personal life and wasn't prepared for our appointment. I'm writing this today not only because I'm upset with his attitude, but this tattoo was and is very important to me and I feel as if he didn't care that I was unhappy with it.
