I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I saw Sara for my very first tattoo. I went in with my sketch and she brought it to life! The place is super clean and all the tattoo artist in there were really talkative and kind! Sara was extremely thorough when it came to what I wanted and the design. She was easy to talk to and it was such a good experience. I will definitely be back, as I have more tattoos planned. Thank you again for such a good time and an awesome tattoo!

I would like to start off by saying the lady who pierced me gave me 100% guarantee on her piercing. With that said I went into Brazen Heart Tattoo to get my septum pierced where I instantly regretted it. As soon as the lady pierced my septum I felt like all my teeth had moved and I was in some of the worst pain I had ever felt. I came to find out she pierced my nose way too high. I ended up fainting from the pain. Keep in mind I've been pierced and tattooed several times and never been in that much pain to make me faint. When she was done piercing me she sat me up and said uh oh. I asked her what was wrong and she said the piercing was too short and she had to replace it. She had replaced it and sent me on my way. I ended up having to come back because the second piercing she put in was still too small and was infecting my nose. She replaced it for a third time and it still ended up getting infected because it was too short. At this point I felt like the length of my jewelry was no longer the problem because of all of my other issues with my nose so I went and seen a professional. They examine my nose and determined that she had pierce it way too high and it was rubbing against the bone. When I had called the company I had explained to them what I was told. They said there was nothing they could do if I wouldn't see them in person. I explained to the man on the phone that she had given me 100% guarantee and I've already gone to see her twice having to make a 3 Hour drive each time to see her. He just said there's nothing they could do and I told him it was 100% guarantee and I am one pissed off customer. I ended up having to take the ring out and I'm out $100. I paid extra for better jewelry and gave a good tip but still didn't get a keep my piercing. From one pissed off customer

I saw Jade for a nose piercing on 12/20/2018. I have had a LOT of things pierced, but my last piercing was in 2015, and I had an unexplainable pit of anxiety in my stomach. I knew I wanted this piercing but I totally psyched myself out. I called in beforehand to see if they had openings, and went in the same day. Jade was so welcoming and comforting, and when she began the piercing process I felt my anxiety fade as she casually talked to me like we were old friends. Seriously, it was like magic. My anxiety quickly faded and I felt okay and comfortable to get my piercing. I talked to her about my concerns; what if I flinched and messed up the piercing? She said she was ready for it, and she absolutely was. I flared my nostrils during the piercing and everything is fine. I have no excessive pain and this feels like every other piercing I've ever gotten. Minimal pain and it looks great. I highly recommend Jade for piercings, she's awesome, will make you feel at ease immediately and is very easy to talk to, and is swift and nearly painless with her piercings. I'll definitely be coming back for more needles in my face from her, my face feels safe with her, haha!

I've been getting tattooed by Brian Meier for a few years now. And it's always a great experience, even if the tattoo hurts like hell. He's taken on a talented apprentice and recently added an experienced piercer to the team. I cannot recommend Brazen Hearts enough. Amazing artwork, and great people.

I have been here a few times. The first time was to get some work done on my ear. I had my rook, tragus and helix pierced by Jade. She is just the most magical creature that I have ever had the pleasure of being pierced by. She found some great jewelry that looks amazing in my ear and the piercings were done painlessly and beautifully. She even swapped out my jewelry and is always available if I have concerns - and she is quick to respond to any method of messaging! I was sending her pictures of my rook when I was worried it might have been infected. It wasn't, thankfully, and she swapped me out for a longer bar when I came in to get my jewelry downsized.I have also gotten a tattoo here! My first, actually. Cakey did my tattoo for me - a very simple, small tattoo on the outside of my arm that holds great, great meaning to me. He elevated my simple heart design and I am absolutely in love with how the tattoo turned out. Aftercare has been a dream and he has a gentle hand, too.The sense of humor in this establishment is right up my alley and everyone here takes a lot of pride in their work. They are also big supporters of their community. I'm looking forward to coming back here time and time again. If I could give a million stars, I would.

After getting my first tattoo(s) from Brian M. - I have no hesitation in giving him an excellent rating and will continue to recommend him to my friends. He made the "first tattoo" experience a positive one. He did great work with some fine detail. I smile every time I look at his work I wear, and I get daily comments and compliments about the quality of the tattoos I received. I'm thinking about another tattoo, and if I decide to get it - there's no doubt I'll be going back to Brian.

I received my very first tattoo on Saturday from Brian and I'm completely satisfied! Getting your first tattoo, even in your 40's can be a lil scary and Brian put me at ease. He's nice, not all cocky & too sure of himself but knows a lot about design, placement and the ins and outs of tattooing, and is very personable. That's important, being personable, kind, comfortable to be around and just an all around good guy. Thanks again Brian! I WILL BE referring people to you! You kick ass!

Got my first tattoo yesterday here and loved the experience, Brian made plenty of jokes and did an amazing job with continuing a drawing my mom made, and he made the experience worth while. I showed a bunch of my friends already and some of them say it's one of the best tattoos they've ever seen. I will definitely come back if I decide to get another tattoo.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I saw Sara for my very first tattoo. I went in with my sketch and she brought it to life! The place is super clean and all the tattoo artist in there were really talkative and kind! Sara was extremely thorough when it came to what I wanted and the design. She was easy to talk to and it was such a good experience. I will definitely be back, as I have more tattoos planned. Thank you again for such a good time and an awesome tattoo!

With that said I went into Brazen Heart Tattoo to get my septum pierced where I instantly regretted it. As soon as the lady pierced my septum I felt like all my teeth had moved and I was in some of the worst pain I had ever felt. I came to find out she pierced my nose way too high. He's taken on a talented apprentice and recently added an experienced piercer to the team. I cannot recommend Brazen Hearts enough. Amazing artwork, and great people.

She is just the most magical creature that I have ever had the pleasure of being pierced by. She found some great jewelry that looks amazing in my ear and the piercings were done painlessly and beautifully. She even swapped out my jewelry and is always available if I have concerns - and she is quick to respond to any method of messaging!
