Clorae and Eric were great for me to work with, after looking for a while for good place to go to I decided to pick this place as it was close to home and the art work and reviews didn't seem to disappoint. Last night, I got my first tattoo. I am one happy customer. We had some unfortunate scheduling issues while they were in transition of moving, but they went above and beyond to remedy that. I love that they moved to Bothell and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me where they should go for their next tattoo. Clorae (hope I am spelling that right) is a very skilled artist. I was expecting to have far more pain than I actually had and some of that I can only a...ttribute to her ability to work quickly while laying down the ink and also making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The new office is small, intimate, and I expect once they settle in more, will be just as cool and fun as their old location. When I decided to get a new tattoo, I wasn't sure where to go considering my regular artist left the state. I looked at many tattoo shops in the Lynnwood area and read over reviews until I came across Dragons of Heaven Tattoo. Not just the awesome reviews helped me pick this place to go to, but seeing the gallery of Clorae's art made it really easy to decide this was the place to give a chance, and I'm so happy that I did! If I could give her 0 stars I would. Clorea threatened to call the police on me, she voided my touch up on my tattoo, because I asked for the art fee refund when we gave 6 full weeks to work on a tattoo, she had not began the tattoo art, and asked to reschedule for the second time. She yelled at me on the phone for trying to talk to her, she told my girlfriend that I was not allowed to come to her tattoo appointment. She was rude and unhelpful no matter how accommodating we tried to be with her. I filed a complaint with the BBB since we have a record of her saying she had not began the work that we paid her for.
