I sought tattoo removal services in July 2016 and it has been a 2 year process to completion. I am very pleased with the results. Rachel is very knowledgeable with YAG laser system and has kept me up to date on my progress. The staff was always professional and courteous to me. Before every appointment, I received a reminder call. On the day of my arrival, I arrived a few minutes early to place an ice pack over the tattoo area that was to be treated. Safety appeared to be paramount to them at all times. They provided eye wear to protect my eyes from the laser even though the area of treatment was not within my view. The YAG laser treatments were overall tolerable and caused little discomfort. Afterwards, they applied a sap over the treated area and even offered to cover it with a 4x4 sterile cloth if I was returning to work or going to work out. I've really wanted a tan, but it was hard to do so during winter, and I noticed KuCumber as I was driving by. It was more or less on a whim, but the whole process was great. I walked in and made an appointment, and I am now sporting an amazing tan during the middle of January! They weren't lying about their tanning beds being the top of the notch. Do not go here for laser treatments! They will rip you off. I had a set of treatments and there was inconsistency between the various technicians that I saw throughout the process. They have no standard of work and did not seem to care that I wasn't seeing results treatment after treatment. Read Less

I honestly cannot figure why the reviews are so bad;  the lounge and staff are great. I went in and knew exactly what I wanted and found the staff to be very accommodating and knowledgeable (without using any aggressive sales tactics). It's a medispa so you can expect to spend some money, but the procedures are not overpriced. Rachel knew  exactly what she doing and took her time to give me flawless results. I highly recommend! Positive: Friendly staff. Negative: Had Botox in January. Dropped one side of my face. Called, was told to wait a couple days. Called again after no change, went in expecting to see someone to fix it, but only saw front desk staff. Was told face wouldn't fix itself and I'd need to be injected again. However, no appointments in near future available due to lack of injectors. By the time there was an appointment, it would've been weeks out, and pointless to go. Waited until May when Botox was "due," saw different injector who tried to fix the still visible damage. Didn't work at all. Have basically spent $400 to make my face crooked. I'm sad I ever got this to begin with. I would not recommend going here, and will not be back. Read Less

So 2 years ago I signed up for a package of the Viora, I was so excited. After the first treatment I was so bruised that when I came the next time, they had to postpone. Same thing happened after the next treatment. Then they actually cancelled on me twice, and they sent me home a couple of times because I was to bruised to continue. I asked for a refund on services not used and they refused. Plus I still owed on my package and they want me to pay for that before I return. It didn't make much sense. I could not have the treatment done but yet they didn't care, all they cared about was the money. I will probably go back because I have a credit I do not want to lose. But if I had a choice I would not return. The staff was very understanding and helpful and wanted to return my money, they understood. Management on the other hand was completely heartless and didn't care that the treatment I signed up for could not be used. I could understand if they wanted me to use the unused portion I already paid for on another service, but to make me pay for the whole treatment on something I cannot use. Not Happy!! Read Less

I was so disappointed with my service there and do not plan on going back or referring my friends. I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal and did not get ANY results. I saw 3 different techs and at each visit voiced my concern that the last appointment was not producing any results.  They always had some "explanation" /reason assuring me it will work.  They even told me their last laser machine apparently was broken and replaced.  At the end of the 6 treatments, they tried to sell me more!  I don't have much confidence in this establishment's knowledge.  Go somewhere else. I have dealt with un-wanted facial hair for most of my life. I never really thought that I could afford to do anything about it... when I found out about the sale Kucumber was running on laser hair removal I jumped on the opportunity! I bought a package deal that included photofacial & some chemical peels.  Everytime I have gone in I have been treated with respect and I love the results of my treatments.  Feels like I have just been pampered at a spa afterwords.  They are always able to answer any questions I have about after care.  I am bad about making my appointments (even though I bought a package that is all paid for already) and they call to remind me to come in!  I highly recommend using Kucumber Skin Lounge! Extremely pushy!! Very dissatisfied with my experience and my friend who is an aesthetician had filler which the PA botched. She has obvious lumps where he just stuck the needle in and injected in a spastic manner. Would never recommend them!!! Read Less

So this place had a lot of potential. I went in to get my brows done and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I filled out some paperwork and waited to be seen. The gal who did my brows was nice and pleasant but I was not thrilled with the quality of work. She did the very minimum for my brows. I spent more time filling out paperwork and waiting than I did getting my brows done. They look OK but it cost me $25 NOT including tip. I have had a better experience  at Benefit in the mall. I am disappointed in the results and pricing so I will not be back. Read Less

Very expensive procedures and often hard sales tactics. I got a package deal, which was horrendously overpriced but I wanted quality work. Instead I am treated as if I am an inconvenience every appointment, randomly get canceled on with very little notice and charged nearly $100 if I am caught in traffic and late for my appointment (even if I call). I have also had appointments scheduled that miraculously disappear, even though I have confirmation texts and emails. Also, get everything in writing and get a second copy. They will lie and say it isn't covered or it wasn't the original agreement. Honestly, just go somewhere else. Read Less
